One of the too many false reasons too many patients die in Hospitals is that almost none of the medical staff feel any personal, real, negative repercussions themselves. One of the best way that I have discovered to get to know what a person is really like, is work with him just for one whole day,.. and what you now saw next.. lying, bullying, control freak..
The Crown is compelled to seek a jail term in a case involving a man Peter Fonteece who stood by while his wife took her own life, a prosecutor said Tuesday But meanwhile Doctors and hospital staff who starved patients to death, or neglect to to provide proper medical care to patients are allowed to get away with it? Crown lawyer David MacKenzie said his failure to call for help after his wife Yanisa popped upwards of 40 sleeping pills in a Thunder Bay, Ont., motel room warrants a jail term. “His spouse died, and while he could have done something to have prevented this, he didn’t,” MacKenzie said on the eve of Fonteece’s sentencing hearing. and again what about the medical doctors, nurse in hospitals that could have prevented deaths by aiding the sick and dying?
Wed Apr 21, 7:42 PM By The Canadian Press OTTAWA – The House of Commons has overwhelmingly voted down a bid to legalize euthanasia and assisted suicide. MPs of all party stripes voted 228-59 against a private member’s bill, sponsored by Bloc Quebecois MP Francine Lalonde. http://ca.news.yahoo.com/s/capress/100421/national/parl_euthanasia
In Montreal I have been to the English and French Hospitals and I can certainly say that the McGill run Hospitals provide some of the worst nursing, Doctor services as well.. the RVH, JGH, Lachine Hospital, and Lakeshore General hospital included.. One rotten apple spoils the whole basket.. deal with it.. In contrast in a Quebec French hospitals where the doctors are also from the University of Montreal, the doctors are persistent and will continue to assist to determine my problem.. unlike McGill. In the old days they had at least now made a pretence to aid you when you made a complaint. Now these days they seem in no hurry to get back to you, or they misfile the complaint, buck pass it, or just deny it altogether at the McGill Hospitals mostly it seems.. The Unacceptable Useless RVH Dr Morin too. It seems that McGill University Doctors take on a attitude that it is condescending for them to serve us any of us, we all should be subservient and really should be grateful that they have agreed to help us.
The Governor General Michaelle Jean delivers speech criticizing rampant materialism has delivered a speech critical of unrestrained market forces in a speech at McGill University. Jean told an audience in Montreal that life shouldn’t simply be about making money, but about helping people. The Governor General says market forces are extremely influential, and can risk drowning out such values as the common good. ” “We are living in a world in which spaces for critical debate, reflection and civic action are increasingly being assailed by the alluring sirens of fleeting gratification and cultural conformity,” she said. “More and more, impersonal market forces are influencing public life, while notions of the common good and altruistic action are being challenged by an ethic of ‘everyone for himself or for his clan.’ by “ saying no to a world in which our obsession with profit makes us turn a blind eye to suffering” and where “prosperity is detrimental to our environment,” Jean said.
NEW CANADIANS, IMMIGRANTS BECOME REALLY DEPRESSED, EVEN AGITATED WHEN THEY ARE TOLD THE TRUTH THAT TOO OFTEN ELDERLY PATIENTS ARE BEING ALLOWED TO STARVE TO DEATH IN CANADIAN HOSPITALS. I GUESS THEY THINK THEY WILL ALSO GET SECOND RATE MEDICAL TREATMENTS WHEN THEY GO TO THE HOSPITAL NEXT AS WELL?
Let me bluntly honest say, now there are both good and bad doctors, and they both need to be supervised.. my ex wife a nurse continually taught me that DOCTORS MAKE MISTAKES AS WELL AND THEY ALSO CANNOT BE TRUSTED ON THEIR OWN. Why is it I always tend to get better medical services always after I first make some serious public complaints about it? What do they not do their best immediately again?
WINDSOR, Ont. – A Windsor, Ont., hospital apologized Wednesday to a patient who received a mastectomy last fall after the surgeon misread the diagnosis. Hotel-Dieu Grace Hospital says the patient received a mastectomy which was scheduled on the basis of an original diagnosis of breast cancer. The diagnosis, however, was contradicted by a pre-surgery pathology report indicating that the lump was benign. The hospital says the surgeon, Dr. Barbara Heartwell, misread the report and unfortunately proceeded with the surgery. The hospital says it is taking all steps necessary to assist the patient, including offering counselling and any other assistance that is required. The hospital says it has convened a full investigation. “We are deeply saddened to hear of this serious error and will assist the patient in any way that we can,” said hospital board chair Egidio Sovran. “We are profoundly sorry that this has occurred.” Hospital CEO Warren Chant said humans are not infallible and mistakes do unfortunately occur. “We appreciate how difficult this is for the patient and her family,” Chant said. “We will thoroughly investigate this matter and will continue to reach out to assist this patient.” When Heartwell, who is on vacation, returns to the hospital, she will be monitored and her pathology reports will be reviewed by another physician pending the completion of the investigation, the hospital said in a release. In addition, a review of Heartwell’s past patient mastectomy records is being done to ensure that there are no other patient care issues. http://ca.news.yahoo.com/s/capress/100217/national/mistaken_mastectomy
We all can readily know that know that too many of our politicians too often do lie and spin the truths and now so do the Doctors and their representatives with their hidden agendas as well. Doctors now say they want to help others.. but do dream on for still they always are firstly helping themselves in reality!!!!
Immoral, incompetent, no good Quebec medical doctors wrongfully now want a legal right to bury their sins, errors, murders and face no lawsuits, negative consequences! The Public, citizens are being duped about the real issues involved here.
Helene Bolduc calls it “the good death.” The president of the Quebec association for the right to die with dignity says she saw suffering as a nurse, and, at 72 years old, it’s an option she wants toward the end of her life. “I feel myself, it’s just a matter of being human,” she says. “It’s a gesture of love for our loved ones.” Bolduc will speak tomorrow in front of a National Assembly committee that will, in the end, hear testimonies from 30 groups. And though politicians say they’re looking to find a consensus on the topic, some opinions are bound to clash. “We don’t get into that discussion,” says Yves Lamontagne, the head of Quebec’s college of physicians. He’s come to the hearings, not to talk about euthanasia or assisted suicide, but about the simple act of giving painkillers to dying patients. The medication meant to reduce their suffering can sometimes lead to their deaths. “physicians are sometimes are quite afraid of giving good care just in case they could be accused of a criminal act.” http://www.cjad.com/news/565/1070452
Suicide bill bill would give doctors a licence to kill The Gazette February 15, 2010 It was while I was reading Bill C-384 that I realized that only a few more steps would be necessary for me to be killed legally by a doctor if that federal private member’s bill becomes law. Let’s see. I have a “terminal illness”: check. I “appear to be lucid”: check. I have a doctor willing to sign a form on which I have stated my desire to have my life ended prematurely, not necessarily my own doctor: check. I have a doctor willing to do it, usually by lethal injection, as long as the legal paperwork is in order: check. Those are the “safeguards” that advocates of legalizing euthanasia and assisted suicide in Canada say should comfort those of us who fret about the consequences of making this dangerous change in the law. Euthanasia is the deliberate killing of another human being with the intention of sparing further suffering. Assisted suicide is deliberately helping another person to commit suicide, perhaps by supplying the lethal dose. Both amount to murder in Canadian criminal law. Bill C-384 would create exceptions from criminal liability for doctors who follow the rules it would specify. It’s often overlooked that to give a patient the right to die, the doctor must be given the right to kill. Parliament is prorogued or shut down until March 3. A little-known aspect of parliamentary procedure is that while regular government bills die on prorogation, private members’ bills stay on the agenda in the same order of precedence. C-384 has already received its one hour of debate at first reading. This means the bill could go for a vote as early as March 17 or March 24. Meanwhile, the Quebec College of Physicians has said it supports legalization. The Quebec government says it is setting up a research committee to consider the issue. Notably, however, the Canadian Medical Association, the much larger national doctors’ organization, has refused to support legalization of euthanasia. These announcements helped stir up a flurry of public debate in Canada. Curiously, though, participants in this debate largely ignored the substantial evidence of what has actually happened over the decade or so that euthanasia and assisted suicide were effectively legalized in the Netherlands. Latest numbers indicate that about 3,000 patients were deliberately killed or helped to commit suicide last year. An earlier government report, for 2005, acknowledged that about 550 patients were deliberately killed without their consent. There is also some telling evidence from the U.S. state of Oregon. The state’s medical authority has acknowledged that when it turns down an application to cover the cost of an expensive new drug, it sends out simultaneously a reminder that the state’s assisted suicide program is available at an affordable cost. What a great way to put a crimp in medical costs: Have the patients kill themselves when the cost of keeping us alive gets too high. Doctors do kill patients from time to time, but usually unintentionally. Tradition has it that the first principle to be followed by a doctor is to do no harm. Hope and trust should be the emotions with which we patients greet our physicians. How long can such traditions and principles survive if doctors become licensed to kill? http://www.montrealgazette.com/news/Suicide+bill+would+give+doctors+licence+kill/2565610/story.html#ixzz0fezM3pAW
Quebec specialist physicians ask Ottawa to allow thier killing of others QUEBEC — Quebec doctors say it’s time for the federal and provincial governments to decriminalize euthanasia. Gaetan Barrette, head of the province’s association of medical specialists, wants Quebec and Ottawa to come up with clear policies on when doctors can facilitate a patient’s death. Barrette says the public is ready to accept such guidelines. He says that, like it or not, euthanasia is already widely practised and governments should stop ignoring it. Barrette was testifying before a legislative committee in Quebec City that is looking into the right to die with dignity. He suggested the provincial government could move to protect doctors who practise euthanasia from prosecution, as it did in the past with doctors carrying out abortions. http://www.google.com/hostednews/canadianpress/article/ALeqM5jeXJ_r3X9iYqAsehln9aE9PQfg9Q
Hospital deaths account for half of deaths annually! Now I have been spending a lot of time in hospitals lately and I have seen 5 elderly persons die in the last month, 5 more than I have seen in my whole life time.. and some of these persons too sadly were falsely being allowed to starve to death in Canadian Hospitals too. Drugs kill so do doctors and nurses , they even starve patients to death.
A CONVALESCENT HOME EMPLOYEE HAS NOW DIRECTLY TOLD ME THAT IF A PATIENT NO LONGER WANTS TO EAT OR LIVE, SHE IS TO ALLOW HIM TO STARVE TO DEATH, SHE IS NOT ALLOWED TO TRY TO FEED HIM.. FOR THIS IS A DIRECT QUEBEC GOVERNMENT POLICY, IF SHE TRIES TO FEED THE PATIENT SHE WILL BE FIRED FROM HER JOB. IS THIS NOW TRUE?
Almost since my first job after graduating from university I had learned that people are not to be trusted, need to be supervised, and corruption still exists in construction, universities, municipalities, governments, corporations, amongst professionals and politicians as well.
MY FATHER HAS NOW HAD 3 PATIENTS IN HIS ROOM AND 2 OF THEM HAVE DIED IN THE SAME HOSPITAL ROOM DUE TO UNNATURAL DEATHS, FOR THE DOCTOR HAD OPENLY DECIDED TO LET THEM DIE. THE DOCTOR HAD PRIOR TOLD ME AND THE OTHERS HE WOULD LET NATURE TAKE IT’S COURSE.
ONE GREEK PATIENT FROM Dollard des Ormeaux HAD RECEIVED 2 HEART STOKES IN THE HOSPITAL AFTER BEING ADMITTED EVEN, IMAGINE THAT HEART STROKES, BECAUSE NO ONE HAD BOTHER TO GIVE HIM ANY BLOOD THINNERS.. SO HE FINALLY GOT A FATAL STOKE AND DIED. THE UPSET PATIENTS DAUGHTER NOW BLAMED THE INEFFECTIVE NURSES FOR HIS BAD CARE AND HIS DEATH. NURSES FIRSTLY TAKE ORDERS FROM DOCTORS AND CANNOT PRESCRIBE MEDICINE ON THEIR OWN..
NEXT A FRENCH CANADIAN PATIENT FROM Dollard des Ormeaux MR. PLOUFFE , HIS SON ALSO HAD CAME TO THE HOSPITAL TO VISIT HIM, AND THE SON IMMEDIATELY WENT TO LOOK FOR HIS FATHER’S CLOTHES THAT HAS BEEN MISPLACED. THE FATHER SAID TO HIS SON WHEN CAN I GO HOME AND THE SON SAID YOU ARE NOT COMING HOME I AM PLACING YOU IN AN OLD AGE HOME. THE NEXT DEPRESSED FATHER STOPPED EATING HIS FOODS. THE NURSES WHO BROUGHT THE FOOD TO HIM SAID IF HE WS NOT GOING TO EAT THE FOOD THEY WERE NOT GOING TO FEED HIM CAUSE THEY WERE TOO BUSY TO DO SO, AND THEY DID NOT FEED HIM THEY JUST TOOK AWAY THE TRAYS OF UNEATEN FOOD . FIVE DAYS LATER THE PATIENT NOW STARVED TO DEATH DIED EVEN WHILE I WAS THERE TODAY. THE SON WAS TOLD HIS FATHER DIED, HE CAME MERELY LOOKED AT HIS FATHER AND IMMEDIATELY WENT AND TOOK HIS CLOTHES AND LEFT. WHY BOTHER ABOUT THE CLOTHES EVEN?
MY FATHER, I AND ANOTHER PATIENT HAD WITNESSED THIS EVENT
and are they much better in Alberta now as well?
EDMONTON – Alberta will fund thousands of additional heart, cancer and joint surgeries after a record increase in health spending in the new provincial budget. Health Minister Gene Zwozdesky says more than 2,200 procedures will be added along with 3,500 medical scans over the next six weeks. This will include urgent cancer surgeries, orthopedic surgery, neurosurgery and cataract surgery. And what for decades now they had instead let many people who needed such surgeries die or move elsewhere to another province?
Here is the amazing fact also now the death of a Rodent, Rat, gets more attention over the starvation death of our seniors in Hospital, nursing and convalescent homes, Zoo death sparks call for audit “Zoocheck Canada is calling for a full audit of the Calgary Zoo’s operations after the death of a capybara, a species of giant rodent — the latest in a string of incidents in recent years. “
Euthanasia is already a reality in Quebec hospitals, the president of the federation of Quebec medical specialists, told a National Assembly committee yesterday. Doctors know when death is “imminent and inevitable,” Gaétan Barrette explained. But doctors are aware they can be charged with murder if they administer a “palliative sedative” before a patient is on his or her last breath. http://www.montrealgazette.com/life/Doctors+back+right/2568891/story.html
Doctors already breaking the law and are guilty of murder in Quebec..Wow!!
I have often been wondering why the Montreal McGill Hospitals tend to provide the basic , or pretentious services, it is cause the real doctors, professionals, self serving, greedy, money hungry doctors now are trying to make a buck in the private sector and are generally not available to all, even though Canada supposedly only has a fully public accessible Medicare system, and the Hospital directors who generally are doctors too go along with this too.. conflicting self interest Now I have BEEN TO FIVE hospitals in the last 20 years I have also directly now already directly dealt with 3 Montreal Hospital ombudsmen already because of their poor medical delivery services, and the bigger the Hospital the less they do even care about your complaint, and the less likely you or I will even get it dealt with too I have contacted now 3 separate useless McGill Hospital Ombudsman as suggested by the Quebec Government, under the direction of the Quebec premier’s office too.. and I got now 3 useless results so far:
I was told I have to wait 2 years to see a knee specialist at the McGill Montreal General Hopsital. This is tototally unaccetptable.
Now I have been wasting my time, even given the medical run around by 2 useless McGill Ophthalmologists from the McGill Lachine Hospital and the Royal Victoria Hospital over one year now about my swollen eye problem, and I had contacted the RVH Ombudsman about it now too many times.. their useless buck passing reply was finally the problem is mine. Not happy with McGill doctors go elsewhere, the problem is mine and and not theirs and there is nothing they can do about it now for I am on my own. RVH useless Dr Morin . But well there is something I can do about it.. I can post what McGill doctors, hospitals, ombudsman and our Health Ministers are really like often on the net for the whole world to read often too.
Public exposure and prosecution of the guilty is one of the best approach serving everyone’s best interest too.
People in leadership office do have to face higher penalties as an example now too. It is clearly established, accepted fact by most people that those in leadership civil and public servants cops, teachers, ministers, politicians included are always to be exemplary in behavior, conduct and they do need to maintain their high standards even out of their working hours, thus to do so they are also to be exemplary judged, prosecuted for their own wrong doings with a higher standard over those of us ordinary folks. Too many police officers are now too often guilty of their most serious neglect of public trust and their duty. The related truth is that neither an independent police investigation, a new police commissioner, a promised provincial or federal investigation, or just more politicians promises too often still will not bring the much needed justice. All of the governments can prohibit the initial and further employment of any known racists for any jobs, and can punish them for their racists acts, views. Police managers continue to promise the reforming of bad cops and the bad cops keep killing, abusing innocent persons. The possible retaining of bad police officers is always anyway a false myth. What thus is always needed is the real the dismissal, criminal prosecution, of the guilty cops. So where is it? Speeding is not the main cause of car accidents, impaired driving is, but too many cops are alcoholics it seems who wrongfully do sympathize with drunks and as a result do not arrest drunks all year
PS : On the surface, at least, Canadians appear to be among the healthiest in the country when it comes to cardiovascular disease. But the realties are deceiving and paint a much different picture once you look into them. Twenty-two per cent of them smoke, 60 percent of them drink alcohol, 50 per cent are overweight or obese and 67 per cent do not eat a healthy diet. Many persons have often, continually unresolved negative personal stress All of these factors contribute to high blood pressure — and they are entirely preventable, or deal able with. A lot of what we perceive to be healthy eating and doing actually isn’t. For starters, all persons people should shake their addiction to salty, packaged meals. reduce their red meat consumptions, reduce their meal sizes, eat more regularly too, One of the biggest problems is the high amount of sodium in our food,” This salt encourages water in the blood to remain, and gives more work for the heart to pump. Everyone does have responsibilities, parents, spouses, food distributors as do governments and food manufacturers. Now it’s about all of us doing a better job to increase public awareness and promoting more lifestyle changes around being healthy. According to the World Health Association, high blood pressure is the leading risk for death in the world. Hypertension is the leading cause of heart and stroke disease, but there are no obvious symptoms. Now regular Doctor checkups, with a competent and not too often a pretentious doctor too, to screen for hypertension, Diabetes as well are required since studies suggest will affect half of all Canadians by the time they turn 60. Over time, high blood pressure can damage blood vessel walls causing scarring that promotes the buildup of plaque deposits, which narrow and eventually block blood flow. Increased blood pressure can lead to heart attacks, strokes, kidney failure and other diseases that many persons next do die from. One in five Canadians has high blood pressure — and many Canadians are among the least likely in the country to take measures to lower it. Only 80 per cent of the 4.6 million Canadians with hypertension take medication to control it, according to new findings from Statistics Canada. Doing things like having a healthy diet high in fruits and vegetables and low in saturated fat is very effective, as is regular physical activity and maintaining a healthy body weight. The prevalence of high blood pressure was about the same in men as in women, but men were less likely to be aware of their condition. The numbers should give all cause for concern. Blood Pressure Risk Factors – - Smoking – - Lack of exercise – - Poor diet and excess sodium – - Excessive alcohol consumption – - Being overweight or obese It is very interesting that when most of the news reporters, governments tend to write about heart attacks, or car accidents they seem to downplay, omit alcohol’s effect and why is that?
Hypertension another leading personal cause of heart attacks, strokes and other major medical problems. For most North Americans even if you don’t have high blood pressure now, you need to make a serious lifestyle, food adjustments now to avoid personal health problems, especially Cancer and Heart diseases next in one’s future. A person is considered hypertensive with a blood-pressure reading of 140/90 millimetres of mercury (mmHg) or higher. Healthy adults should have a blood pressure in the range of 120/80 mmHg, although that target varies with age and other health conditions. There are many DIFFERENT factors that contribute to high blood pressure, including first the type of one’s food consumption, too much read meat, not enough fruit and vegetables, being overweight, a lack of physical activity, excessive sodium consumption and aging. Hypertension, while it has few obvious symptoms, is a leading risk factor for heart disease, stroke, diabetes and kidney disease. To Help with many person’s medical symptoms of their diseases often we may still have to deal with the root causes of their sicknesses too.. including their stress, anxieties, their wrong doings too. I too have found one of the free great cure, a help to relieve my high blood pressure *, stress, and instead of keeping it all boiled up inside, I express it, share it with everyone else all of the things that rightfully have peeved me off, and it seems I keep on coming back to my favorite complaints until they actually get resolved including .. http://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2009/09/04/cure-for-stress-high-blood-pressure-heart-attack/

Subject: RE: Emailing: canada elderly deaths.jpg
On behalf of the Honourable Diane Finley, Minister of Human Resources and Skills Development, I wish to thank you for your Internet message of February 13, 2010.
Please be assured that the matter you have raised will be given proper consideration.
Yours sincerely, Lucie Christensen Correspondence Liaison Officer
The physical, mental, verbal, medical abuse, or neglect of any person, minors or elders included, is still a a criminal act and more criminals would find themselves now next in Jail if more people did know the laws on the subject now as well.
Elder abuse is physical or psychological mistreatment, medical neglect, or financial exploitation of the elderly intentional or unintentional. Abuse usually becomes more frequent and severe over time. Any Neglect that results in physical or psychological harm is considered an abuse.
I rightfully readily do demand the prosecution of all abusers guilty of abuses that I witness including neglect, neglect is the failure to provide food, medicine, medical care, personal care, or other necessities to an elderly persons or someone else too.
Sadly even the Professionals, medical workers, legal guardians even these days too often found guilty of abusing the elderly in reality. All emergency medical personnel are required to resuscitate and stabilize patients until they are brought safely to a hospital as well. All medical personnel, doctors, nurses they must all must notify their patient of theirs policies, plans, procedures beforehand as long as the patient is in fully capacity or they have to next deal first with a court appointed guardian. No Doctor, medical personnel, hospital administrator can make a decision to kill, murder patients still or take any medical action without the patients prior informed approval, nor can hey neglect the good, essential medical care of the patient in their custody.
The law always presumes that an adult eighteen years of age or older is always still capable of handling his/her own affairs. And the only way someone can be a full legal guardian for a person who is eighteen years old or older is to be appointed by the Queen’s court. Kinship care providers are common, often composed of non-parent relatives who have become the primary or sole personal care givers for their elderly parents who may be next unable to care for themselves. These persons are often older relatives, and particularly sons or daughters. Any one appointing or naming a proxy care giver, guardian does not mean that same persons now has given up any authority or choice. As long as the person is able to make decisions, his or her consent is required for medical treatment, regardless of what the patient’s agent or written instructions may say. Proxy changes and additions are permissible.. The services of a lawyer can be helpful, but a lawyer is not required.
A person physically unable to execute an advance directive may provide oral instructions that are reduced to writing by a doctor or another person, acting for the patient. You still can not force any person to do what he does not want to do if it is an non critical medical issue . So as a matter of law, the medical providers cannot treat an individual against his or her wishes, including any wishes contained in a directive with the sole exception of directives, proxy that are contrary to the patient’s good, well being or the possible, certainty of their personal medical negative complications. As a matter of law, medical providers can treat an individual against his or her wishes, including wishes contained in a directive or contrary to the decision of the patient’s authorized proxy if their life, health is being endangered but they all can still be held accountable now for anything they do as well here too. In case of major disagreement among family members about the essential medical care of a family member in such situations the patients do also risk having medical decisions made contrary to their wishes, by other persons they would not choose.
All non court appointed health care proxy care givers or non court appointed Guardianship they can always still be readily verbally revoked by the patient. It is possible to terminate a guardianship and restore an incapacitated person’s rights if he or she regains capacity or has not lost their capacities..
Many legal, proxy or court appointed guardian also, even found guilty of abusing the elderly. So often some one can makes sure that the guardian is acting appropriately on behalf of the incapacitated person. More than two-thirds of the abuse perpetrators are firstly family members, typically adult children, most often those serving as caregivers or guardians. Federal and provincial governments have enacted legislation addressing domestic or institutional abuse of the elderly. Statutory definitions of elder abuse may include physical abuse, psychological or emotional abuse, sexual abuse, financial exploitation, neglect, abandonment, and physical, health related issues neglect. And the courts may see elder abuse in a variety of contexts: criminal cases of assault, battery, rape or theft (which may carry enhanced penalties when committed against an older person); civil fraud or conversion matters; personal injury action; guardianship abuse ; and possible criminal or civil cases regarding poor guardianship, financial exploitation or inadequate institutional care Sadly as we all do know power can often go to one heads, as well as being vulnerable to temptations, abuses, especially when persons are appointed as Proxy Kinship care givers, or court appointed Guardians.
The fact of life is that no one is above the law, not even a spouse, relative, doctor, nurse, corporation, or anyone else for the matter. All persons world wide can still be prosecuted by either the government, governing boards, the courts and human rights commission for the abuse of another person, including elderly persons abuse, their human rights abuses, even thefts from them as well. As simple as that now too.
