Commissioner for Complaints for Telecommunications Services,

  iphone
Canadian cell phone companies are officially giving customers the ability to refuse mid-term changes to their contracts under a new wireless code of conduct. Canadian Wireless Telecommunications Association on Tuesday, promises to let customers cancel their contracts without early termination fees if the carrier makes material changes to terms — or customers can refuse the changes outright. So, for example, if a customer is in the middle of a two-year contract and the carrier tries to raise prices, the customer can cancel the contract or continue their existing deal until it expires. “In the case of such material changes that are unfavourable to customers, we either give them the right to terminate the contract without any additional fees for early termination, or allow them to remain on the unchanged contract,” The code specifies that the rule doesn’t apply in the case of changes required by law or for customers without a fixed-term contract. ” They make it sound like they are doing us a favour my actually honouring a contract.”  ”How nice of them to let us get out of a contract that was broken by the other party. You’d think common sense would have just allowed us to always do this. Wow, now contracts really GO both ways?” “  This doesn’t mean a thing, Compainies like Rogers will finad another way to screw you like they have done for years.”
http://www.cbc.ca/technology/story/2009/09/01/cwta-wireless-code-conduct.html

How basically absurd in the first place.   The companies were by law already not allowed to change the terms of a SIGNED contract but yet they did anyway. All just ” More PR and BS!” Also ” Rogers is the worst culprit for their unrelenting repetitive telemarketing calls.” ” Just all more manure  to keep the related incompetent civil and public servants looking busy”. Cellular firms get new customer rules but they still have not honoured all the old ones.. Canada’s mobile phone companies will be required to make sure consumers understand their contracts when they buy a cellphone under a new code of conduct but will the phone companies next fully honour the same contracts? Unlikley.

This code of conduct in a very short while even  next was already abused, misused by Rogers.. http://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2009/12/15/about-time-big-3-put-into-their-place-bell-rogers-and-telus/

There also have been well-publicized stories about users who fully befdorehand  didn’t understand the terms of their bills when it cames to text messaging or downloading movies or music and  they thus ended up with monthly bills costing thousands of dollars.  Horror stories have often already abounded about customers with unexpectedly very high cell phone bills due to a carrier over charging, or  customers being lied to,  misinformed ,  never originally being fully communicated when signing their original contract, promsied servcies not even delivered fully.  The supposedly new  supported code of conduct is now supposedly designed to help all of the wireless subscribers now understand all of their bills better, including the actual terms of service, contract agreements and advertising promises, all which  would not be even required, applicable if  all of the firm and employees  of these firms were honest in reality in the first place. The too often liars and bad employees are not about to stop their wrong doing because of a supposed new code very likely. The liars in the firms, elsewhere in rality  they all do need to be fired from their jobs firstly instead. Unless you do that all you have now is just another farcical merry go round.  Thus unkept promises, unenforced  and inadequate regulating of these firms is still the major bad problem. These are mostly the same firms, ISPs for the most part that had before  lied to us all already about their poor Internet services too. Now they  resolve your complaints efficiently, fairly and courteously? Ha, ha, ha,  rather they will find rather a buck passing way, false  excuse why they cannot help you in reality, as I have recently  experienced now too. PR is still mostlty lies these days. http://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2009/06/14/buyer-beware-beware/

Most Consumer advocates don’t think much of the new code. A code of conduct adopted by Canada’s cell phone service providers is a political answer that doesn’t address real consumer concerns, another competent  critic now has still charged .The code will be administered by the useless, pretentious  Commissioner for Complaints for Telecommunications Services, a body set up two years ago by the industry to negotiate disputes between customers and companies.

In its first year, 2007-08,  CCTS was still unable able to resolve about 40  per cent, of the complaints according to its own website. What a very high failure rate.  About one-third of the complaints were related to wireless services. 40  per cent, that is about the number of unhappy Customers with Bell’s Internet services too

Telecommunications analyst Eamon Hoey of Hoey Associates said the code is meaningless.“There’s nothing impressive about a code of conduct,” he said. “This is just a way of smoothing over the obvious. They haven’t served their customers very well. Now they’re coming in with a political solution to what should be a customer solution.”Hoey said the litany of complaints about cellphone service in Canada includes “astronomical” base fees, lengthy contracts that are expensive to get out of, poor coverage outside of cities, charges for services such as 911 that may not be available, add-ons such as system access fees and problems with roaming charges. http://www.calgaryherald.com/news/calgary/Code+conduct+phone+service+providers+nothing+impressive/1951350/story.html

I heard firsthand one teenager saying to another teenager “I cannot trust you, you lie to me all the time” and this next had made me reflect upon the reality that the average person lies 3 times in every ten minutes of conversation, and it also reminded me with my past years of undeniable dealing with Bell related to my internet download problems, they too had lied to me all the time, by not admitting the truth first that there was a problem, nor next honestly admitting the cause of the problem. It seems that spin doctoring, misleading, lying to others is a very major part of not just the lawyers, used car salesmen, but a regular part of the sales, advertising, corporate way of doing business with consumers these days Canada wide now as well. I too at least am known for telling the truth and that is worth much too. Bell is a known liar and that is not worth much.. The big corporates do prefer no outside regulating bodies, they want to to deal with each customer individually, divide and conquer approach, for they are afraid of massive class action suits, and there are many now against Bell even.

Look I have rightfully hundreds of time to the government, on the net, to the news media already have said that Bell is undeniably, unacceptable too, a bad big despotic control freak, monopolistic, immoral, deceptive in reality, practice, and in reality Bell itself does not honour the normal, decent laws, rules, regulations. Bell solely is a dictator that wants all others to play by it’s own rules. Bell does not know how to respect, keep, honour the terms of it’s contractual obligations to it’s own customers, immoral Bell rather likes to rewrite the contract continuously, one sided so that it is always better solely for Bell.

Well even if Bully abusive Bell falsely under the guise of profitability, competitiveness, making more profit or whatever, now still thinks it is a big, large, established firm, corporation that does not have to play by the established rules, rather it can make it’s own rules. I on behalf of all Canadian, Bell’s customers even now, I am rightfully asking nevertheless that the federal government, prime Minister Stephen Harper and his cabinet exemplary force Bell to respect the laws of decency, norms, the established regulations and to even regulate next rightfully Bell much more so that bad Bell definitely stops being guilty of it’s undeniable false misleading advertising practices, unfair and restrictive trade practices for the good of all Canadians now as well , not just for the good of Bell.

Imagine that Bell has been in Business for many years and was, is still too often, wrongfully guilty now clearly of misleading advertisements, fraudulent and unacceptable business practices, not living up to their contractual obligations, as I now have PERSONALLY WITNESSED, EXPERIENCED and undeniably detailed to even Bell and many others and many times too now . I had Paid for a high speed unlimited download service but that is not what I got next. I got low internet speed at a high price. With Bell you have to check your actual delivered speeds , “internet download and upload speed test” continually too cause Bell wrongfully seems always to change it to suit themselves..

Quebec to end automatic cell phone contract renewals, surprise fees and what about the Internet service providers, who are the same firms doing the same bad things there too to the customers, well?

“Quebec to end automatic cellphone contract renewals, surprise fees CBC.ca – The Quebec government has tabled legislation to better protect consumers in the province when they sign cellphone contracts. Justice Minister Kathleen Weil said laws aimed at protecting cellphone users were written in the early 1970s and don’t address current consumer habits. She said Bill 60, introduced Tuesday, would revise outdated rules. There can be “very onerous penalty fees” to pull out of a contract once a service provider automatically renews it – usually for a period lasting three years, Weil said. The bill would prohibit the renewal of cellphone contracts without a customer’s written approval, she said. It would also force merchants to disclose the total cost of the goods and services offered, a move Weil said should prevent customers from being caught off guard by hefty fees for services they don’t want, such as text messaging. In addition, companies won’t be able to suddenly increase fees during the life of the contract. “Consumers often don’t understand everything that they have agreed to when they’ve signed that contract,” the minister said. “The contracts are a little vague, and there are services that are added over time without their knowledge and without their consent.” “The first thing that [merchants] do is offer you a free cellphone, and it’s sort of the lure that gets you into that relationship,” Weil told reporters. Merchants will have to explain existing warranty protection Weil said the new law would make it illegal for merchants to sell extended warranties before telling customers what the manufacturer already offers for warranty protection. It would also put an end to expiry dates on prepaid cellphone gift cards. The minister said the bill, amending the province’s Consumer Protection Act, would correct an imbalance in an evolving industry. “In consumer protection you often have an imbalance that happens over time and in the whole field of telecommunications. There is not a jurisdiction in North America that hasn’t noticed this imbalance.” Michel Arnold, head of the non-profit consumer rights group Option consommateurs, said Quebec is the first jurisdiction in the country to introduce this kind of consumer protection. Weil said officials in the province receive nearly 700 formal complaints about cellphone contracts each year – about 10 per cent of all consumer complaints – as well as thousands of inquiries. Bill 60 is expected to be adopted before the end of the year.

and what about in the rest of Canada too? Bell Changing horses, making changes, additions to the contract in midstream is invalid, a breach, still not allowed, especially without the subsequent, and pre consent, approval of both parties now still too and is a breach of contract rather. That includes Bell capping of my bit torrent downloads too on my unlimited download account

Now in my decades of real life experiences in Canada the existing laws, regulating societies, governments clearly did not stop many Realtors, lawyers or even now Bell Sympatico from telling lies to the customers, others. http://anyonecare.wordpress.com/2008/07/13/misapplications-of-the-laws-in-canada/

With Bell you have to check your actual delivered speeds , “internet download and upload speed test” cause Bell seems to change it to suit themselves.. (Presently I am with Acanac Inc. http://www.acanac.ca 1-866-281-3538, and do see their speed test too).

Now this mis-advertisement of the actual speeds attained also reflects the common problem we tend to have also in Canada with the false, misleading advertising, trade practices by Bell, Rogers, Videotron in regard to the speeds of their iphone and DSL, ADSL, cable internet services. These Communication, ISP firms amongst others are known to inflate, advertise substantially higher speeds than the consumer will actual get next get on the average, and the next related internet congestion cause web connectivity problems, and also reductions of the downloads speeds too.. Over 2M Canadians now have cable based phone. Most of those were former Bell Canada customers.

Bell itself found a an excuse for not performing a specific job assigned to them under the contract agreement but fooled few people in the process now too. One side breaching a contract is a common, often fact of life, very common, and it happens often in in the Computer business, with Internet Service Providers, in Real estate and even with new home contractors now as well sadly, and I have often witnessed it myself.. and pretentious self regulating boards, governments are mostly useless too, and it is basically too costly to get a lawyer, it only makes the lawyer’s richer, so now the best way to deal with any breach of contract is to expose the bad guys to all, to the news media and thus really put them out of business.. and I have done that even with major corporations successfully now too.. ”

Now what about having now the much need real consumer protections for the citizens of Canada here as well from the greedy, lying, no good corporations? The Liberals are just as bad as the Conservatives in not dealing in Canada with the lying, price gouging communication firms..

“Conservative government bows to the wishes of large corporations and ignore consumer protection.” ” Tony Clement, He is protecting the providers of these services, their monopoly and their profits. Never mind the Consumer whom the Office of Consumer Affairs was set up to help. ” ” government is pro-business. And no matter who we vote for, that will remain the same. How many of our government officials actually read our comments. One question, what does ‘lobbying’ actual entails?”

” Tony Clement ..no doubt the Minister’s seats at the Rogers Centre in Toronto and the Bell Centre in Montreal are assured.” ” Tony Clement is not for us. This fellow is definitely not a consumer advocate and to make it quite blunt – he is not for our welfare. We the people need a government which encourages completion and one which tries to hide the oligopolies which really don’t re-invest much into Canada, unlike the US. Perhaps a massive shakeup of our government infrastructure and the ministries is badly needed. We want a complete cleanup from top to bottom ” ” I think we need a complete public audit of exactly where all of our tax money is actually be spent!” http://www.thestar.com/sciencetech/article/688547#

It has always confounded me as to why the liars, crooks, deceivers, abusers  too often do still do think they can get away with now, next and forever.

FOR WE TEND TO KNOW THAT THEY THE CROOKS, ABUSERS TOO,  NOW ARE NOT ABOUT TO STOP THEIR WRONG DOINGS. RATHER THEY WILL NEXT EVEN ESCALATE, CONTINUE IN THEM. AND THAT IS ANOTHER VALID REASON  THEY DO NEED TO BE EXPOSED, PROSECUTED AND STOPPED. EVEN FOR THE GOOD OF US ALL.

Drink Alcohol and Die

   no_alcohol

Alcoholics now are also the  bad people but so are the drug users. They trend to cost significant expenditures for the taxpayers as well..

Drink Alcohol and Die or Kill is fast becoming Canada’s preoccupation, main goal, slogan.. Alcohol and alcoholics the unacceptable main cause of vehicular  accidents, domestic violence, and so many other ills… DRUNK DRIVING  KILLS AT LEAST 5 TIMES MORE PERSONS OVER SPEEDING FIRSTLY

MONTREAL — A 57-year-old Quebecer who racked up 20 charges for drunk driving was sentenced to life in jail after he hit and killed a woman last year.

Don’t drink and walk, doctor urges  Metro Canada – Toronto -  Alcohol impairs many of the faculties that normally keep you safe, says trauma surgeon Dr. Thomas Esposito at Loyola University in Chicago. So do the bad drugs now too..

More Canadians are trying to drink themselves to sleep, Quebec study finds  Canwest News Service ,  Canadians are spending hundreds of millions of dollars every year self-medicating their insomnia with alcohol, a new study suggests. “We were very surprised to see that so many people use alcohol as a way to promote sleep, particularly because it has more detrimental than beneficial effects on sleep,” says Charles Morin, a professor of psychology at Laval University and one of the authors of the study, published this week in the journal Sleep. Overall, eight per cent of the sample reported using alcohol as a sleep aid. Among people with insomnia, 28 per cent reported self-medicating with alcohol.   The study estimates the total annual costs of the sleep disorder in Quebec alone is $6.5 billion. “We know insomnia is a very prevalent problem, it has a very negative impact on people’s quality of life,” Morin says. “If we can show that it’s 10 times more costly not to treat insomnia because of its impact on absenteeism from work and reduced productivity than it is to treat it, why aren’t we treating it more often?” Part of the problem is that so few people seek help. Morin says some people take sleeping pills, “but there are many more who self-medicate with over-the-counter products or, worse, with alcohol.” The research found the money spent on the use of booze as a sleep aid far exceeds costs associated with visits to doctors and the use of prescription pills and over-the-counter products from antihistamines to herbal teas. “The idea that ‘schnapps before your bedtime’ is good for your sleep might have been right about 100 years ago, as long as it was the occasional schnapps,” says Dr. Adam Moscovitch, medical director of the Canadian Sleep Institute and a University of Calgary professor. “When you knock yourself out as a way of dealing with it, if you can’t shut you mind off in any other way, then alcohol has a very negative effect on your sleep. It deprives you of any of the deep stages of sleep and, once it wears off, it has a rebound effect. So your problem becomes much worse.” Of the $6.5 billion estimated annual costs associated with insomnia in Quebec, the biggest indirect cost by far — $5 billion — was reduced productivity. The highest direct cost — $339.8 million — was money spent on alcohol to promote sleep. By comparison, an estimated $16.5 million was spent on prescription drugs, and $1.8 million for over-the-counter products. The study, based on a random sample of 948 adults, distinguished between those people who drink at the end of the day, and those who use booze specifically to help them sleep, meaning they drink before bedtime, or in the middle of the night. Canadians today live in a stressed society with multiple pressures balancing work and family responsibilities. “One of the things we cut corners on is our sleep,” Moscovitch says. http://www.canada.com/theprovince/news/story.html?id=bbff0ea3-d36d-45bd-ac3b-773697d5442f

Attitudes To Alcohol Must Change. A health Minister  has called for a change in attitudes towards alcohol by both the public and the drinks industry all year now too. Statistics which show an increase of in the number of people   binge drinking, getting drunk  and that the statistics also show that we still have a long way to deal with this major problem. 81% of people who choose to drink are still exceeding the recommended daily limits. The cost of alcohol misuse to our society is very real. In just over 10 years, there has been a startling 86% increase in the numbers of people dying due to alcohol related harm. “Now, more than ever, we should all be working together to really tackle this issue head on and I believe the drinks industry has a key role to play. Supermarkets in particular sell alcohol far too cheaply. I am extremely disappointed that despite having met with each of the major supermarkets, and received their personal assurances that they take this matter extremely seriously, those words have not as yet translated into meaningful action. ”On the contrary, they are flooded with festive drinks promotions that will only encourage people to indulge further in binge drinking. This, in my view, is totally unacceptable.   Action speaks louder than words. On this occasion, profit is being put before public health.”  “The harsh reality is that although alcohol misuse is known to be damaging and harmful to health and well-being, many people still drink to excess. This must change, and in this respect we all have a collective responsibility in tackling this issue – individuals, society, government and the drinks industry alike.”    http://www.emaxhealth.com/2/63/27952/attitudes-alcohol-must-change.html  http://www.emaxhealth.com/2/63/27943/northern-ireland-reports-adult-drinking-patterns.html

As a person who has regularly followed the related Canadian news stores, issues in regard to drunk driving, speeding, accidents, driver error it is  VERY CLEAR TO ME THAT THE NEWS MEDIA SPIN for the major causes of the accidents, and also for the hidden tax, the need for more revenue generating traffic tickets, THEIR TRUTH  VARIES FROM DAY TODAY AND CANNOT BE ACCEPTED AS BEING ANYTHING CLOSE TO THE TRUTH. Not even in Alberta. Why? Poor Journalism for a start, lying, incompetent politicians, policemen’s views too.

Honking, fist-shaking, screaming, obnoxious drivers: the symptoms of road rage.    Insurance Corporation of British Columbia  Psychologist John Vavrik, who studies driving behaviour for ICBC, says road rage can be better understood as “aggressive driving spectrum disorder.” According to Vavrik, road rage can take many forms.  “There’s not a clean definition of it. It’s basically an aggressive act aimed at hurting somebody or sending a message to somebody,” Vavrik said.  “The people most at risk of engaging in these behaviours are the least likely to control their behaviour,” he said. “They have low emotional intelligence. They don’t have the tools or skills or strategy to manage their emotions.  “In those extreme cases, we’re talking about sociopathic issues. The driver’s a walking time bomb.”  According to Vavrik, “road-ragers” are generally underachievers, individuals who lack assertiveness and control, and do not have the status in life they desire.  He said the “depersonalized space” of a vehicle is a trigger to road rage, as is an unexpected traffic delay, such as that caused by a slow driver, or being stuck behind an idle bus.
http://www.timescolonist.com/Road+ragers+generally+underachievers+psychologist/1443637/story.html

Now we know that more people have accident due to road rage, impaired driving, driving under the influence of drugs, alcohol  over speeding too and we still do need to review how much time and resources do the police deal with that speeding and neglect the drunk drivers firstly?

In 2006, 232 Ontarians were killed in traffic accidents in which alcohol was a factor.  “We’ve had an increased number of impaired driving fatalities in Ontario though we’re still seeing a downward trend in Ontario,” is still not enough policing here.

An Australian study estimates that about half of all traffic accidents in Australia may be due to road rage and most of the others related to alcohol, impaired driving and yet the police falsely tend to pursue revenue generating speeding traffic tickets still and why?   Road rage is a relatively serious act; it can  be seen as a violation of human and property rights , an endangerment of  other’s personal well being, security.

Now I have said it for over 3 decades in writing to all too so now call it what you want but police services generally  it is not about public safety, for it is  a self employment, empire  building, a false money grab, revenue generation, hidden taxes..  for if  the cops, the mad RCMP  were now really worried about public safety THEY WOULD FIRSTLY ARREST THEIR OWN KIND, THE BAD COPS WHO OFTEN DRIVE HOME DRUNK AFTER WORK, COMING HOME FROM THE POLICE TAVERN, and they would ALSO FIRSTLY  go after the people who drive reckless, who  fail to stop at the stop signs, or the  traffic stop lights, and go seriously after the impaired drunken drivers, deal with the unsafe cars whose brakes are squealing cause they need to be repaired.. etc. Cops , civil and public servants too often become perverse persons, unacceptable bullies still too. You and I still do not have to accept such crap.

Ironically I had even written recently that the Conservatives clearly are basically no different than the Liberals, and both have much too many alcoholics now as well..”
70 percent of Canadians drink alcohol, 15 percent Canadians are alcoholic, binge drinkers so of course alcohol is associated now with politics, Christian politicians as well..

Drinking alcohol cause permanent brain damage, it also causes a significant deterioration of one’s mental capabilities, deterioration of one’s inter personal relationship skills, it also causes more car accidents than speeding or not having adequate winter tires, it also reduces significantly one’s work productivity as well undeniably too. It has ruined many families as well. So do please tell us all now:

“when will mayor get serious with aggressive drivers and cyclists? ” Toronto mayor refuses comment on Bryant
Toronto police said Tuesday that a “magnitude” of charges were being considered following an apparent altercation that left a cyclist dead and a former high-profile Ontario cabinet minister reportedly in custody…. some witnesses also said the driver appeared to try to remove the cyclist by brushing up against trees and poles.
Now was alcohol now involved as well? was a Police breath analyzer used on Mr Bryant ?
An illustration sadly of what can happen when tempers escalate beyond the point of reason? Some say Take a brief moment to consider these events to determine what you will do if faced with a similar circumstance. Yes but what about a supposedly mature persons who has even a justice Minister. who clearly should have known much better and lead a more exemplary life now too..  Could he have done anything different? or did alcohol have a devious negative effect here too? Drug impaired driving, drunk driving, road age, driving incompetence, and car racing are still the main cause of the majority of all vehicle.. we already do know alcohol and road age is associated with over 40 percent of vehicular accidents..
Police say Sheppard, 33, grabbed onto a car following an altercation with the driver. They say the driver Mr. Bryant still drove way with Sheppard hanging on. Why did Bryant not rather stop?  He Sheppard  then next fell and suffered fatal injuries and dies one hour later. Sheppard’s girlfriend says he had been  drinking the night he died.  Misty Bailey said Sheppard was drunk when he visited her and he rested and slept, then insisted on going home.  Bailey said she didn’t ask him to leave and would have loved for him to stay where she knew he’d be safe.  Sheppard, at one point, was in the back of a police cruiser and she asked police to drive him home, but instead they let Sheppard go, she said.  Police have said they responded to a call about Sheppard barely an hour before his death, but added there were no allegations of criminal activity.  http://ca.news.yahoo.com/s/capress/090902/national/bryant_cyclist_killed

Apparently alcohol was involved in Shepherd’s rage, acts, otherwise why would the girlfriend want the police to drive him home?  likely confirms what I have said.. that we already do know alcohol and road age is associated with over 40 percent of vehicular accidents..

Two days after the Bloor Street collision that left a bike messenger dead, the girlfriend of Darcy Allan Sheppard is questioning why police allowed him to bicycle home in the first place. But after dozing intermittently, Mr. Sheppard insisted on bicycling back to his own apartment. Leaving Ms. Bailey’s, he was immediately apprehended by Toronto police, who were responding to a call of “unknown trouble” at the building. Mr. Sheppard was placed into the back of the police cruiser.  For Ms. Bailey, this is where she last saw her boyfriend alive. It is also where she wishes he could have stayed, and that the police could have driven him all the way home in one piece. “I asked for the police to give him a ride home,” said Ms. Bailey, 34, adding that her friends also made similar requests. “They said ‘No, he’s going to [take] himself home.”  Shortly afterward, Mr. Sheppard was killed in a collision with a black Saab convertible on Bloor Street West, just east of Avenue Road. Former attorney-general Michael Bryant has been charged in connection with the death.  http://www.theglobeandmail.com/news/national/toronto/girlfriend-of-dead-cyclist-questions-police-refusal-to-drive-him-home/article1273891/

The police themselves are not off the hook in these matters…  and are caught between the devil and the deep blue sea as well.. DAMMED IF THEY DO AND DAMMED IF THEY DO NOT CHARGE BRYANT

Toronto Police are being criticized for their perceived special treatment of Michael Bryant. The former Attorney General was charged with the death of a cyclist and taken into custody Monday night. By the time Bryant held a press conference on Tuesday afternoon, he was wearing a fresh, clean suit that had been dropped off at the station. And he never appeared in bail court. Instead, Bryant was released and will face a judge for the first time on October 19. That sparked prominent defence lawyer Edward Sapiano to say that anyone else, aside from a police officer or politician, would have been forced to show up in bail court unshaven and dishevelled.   http://www.citytv.com/toronto/citynews/news/local/article/56895–cops-criticized-for-perceived-special-treatment-of-michael-bryant

Michael Bryant, who once appointed judges and oversaw Crown prosecutors, has now suddenly found himself on the opposite side of the judicial system, accused of criminal negligence causing death and dangerous operation of a vehicle causing death in the altercation involving Darcy Allan Sheppard. Now his career and reputation have been severely damaged already as a result too so Bryant is supposedly trying to buy his way out of it by hiring the best PR, lawyers too. Reminds me of the OJ Simpson fiasco.Rich and Powerful  Michael Bryant has hired the best PR, Lawyers, Spin doctors to try to clean up his tarnished image, to falsely deny he killed someone too.

This guy should clearly not be driving, and yes, I would consider him a danger to the public based on the eyewitnesses’ accounts.  Do the police have any proof that Bryant was not drinking?  I have not heard that a breathalyser was administered to Bryant, or about whether there was alcohol purchased at the restaurant where he was celebrating. It sounds as though police are simply taking him at his word. That is insane, given the outrageous manner in which he was allegedly driving.  And if he wasn’t drinking, then there is something seriously wrong with him. He needed to stop his vehicle after allegedly hitting Sheppard, and he needed to stop his vehicle when Sheppard held on to his vehicle. Nobody in their right mind would accelerate under those conditions – particularly when there were bystanders who could help him if he felt he was in danger.  I’m just wondering how Bryant, and his PR firm have spun the story so that the guy who allegedly hit a person on a bike, and used his vehicle as a weapon is now being depicted as a “victim” who was terrorized – I think it is more accurate to say that if you hit a person/cyclist, then try to knock them away when they are trying to stop you from leaving – that is terrorizing someone. I keep reading posts with people saying that if someone held onto their car, they would accelerate (up to 90km/hr into oncoming traffic?) – that’s safe?.( that is  murderous).. I try to imagine someone calm, like my mom yelling at a cyclist, then nudging them with her car and driviing away (hit and run?), then when the person is holding on (after being allegedly assaulted..), driving her vehicle in such a way as to remove the person in any way possible. It’s just not reasonable.  Apply the brake, apologize for hitting the person while on their bike, and say sorry. http://www.cbc.ca/canada/toronto/story/2009/09/04/bryant-conditions.html#

Now  also we have more  revelation in Sept 2009 of alcohol abuse in Ontario too  And why did it take so long to investigate and take action when this was brought out before in the past?

The “culture of entitlement” at the lottery corporation appears to be a deep-rooted problem that will not be solved by the new procedures put in place by Ontario Premier Dalton McGuinty, said Kevin Gaudet, federal director of the Canadian Taxpayers Federation.

Under the new Ontario Government rules revealed this month , employees with unacceptable expense claims such as alcohol for staff functions and personal items must repay the taxpayers. McGuinty’s move follows the revelations employees at Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corp expensed items such as a $3,713.77 dinner for 38 people that included more than 10 bottles of wine and other alcohol. The Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corp.’s 10 highest-paid employees expensed at least $2,533 on alcohol between January, 2007, and December, 2008. A sales and marketing meeting at the Keg resulted in a $260 liquor tab; 38 people at a pre- Sound of Music business dinner drank $885 worth of alcoholic beverages. Any hospitality event at which alcohol was served would have to receive prior approval. The same provincial public-service rules also require written approval before all out-of-province travel, rarely evident in the documents the province made public this week. It all now still reveals a culture of acceptability that is inappropriate in a recession and in any Crown environment. The past provincial directive, which has been in place since 2004, states that “reimbursement of meal costs must not include the reimbursement for any alcoholic beverages.” The Ontario Liberals have also ordered a review of the 600 provincial agencies, boards and commissions to root out spending abuses. New Democrat Leader Andrea Horwath said the added layer of scrutiny doesn’t assuage concerns about widespread illicit spending among government agencies. NOW WHAT ABOUT THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT?

(Gal 5:19 KJV)  Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, 20   Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies, 21   Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God.  (Col 3:5 KJV)  Mortify therefore your members which are upon the earth; fornication, uncleanness, inordinate affection, evil concupiscence, and covetousness, which is idolatry:6   For which things’ sake the wrath of God cometh on the children of disobedience:

Alberta drug and alcohol deaths have doubled in the past decade  Edmonton Sun  CALGARY — The number of recorded drug and alcohol deaths in Alberta has more than doubled in the past decade, says the province’s chief medical examiner. From 1998 to 2008, Alberta’s population has grown by only 13% while the annual number of non-suicide deaths attributable to intoxicants has leaped to 437 from 210. Kim Borden, research officer with the chief medical examiner’s office, was at a loss to explain why the number would so far exceed the province’s population increase. “But I do know drugs and drug-related deaths are a huge problem — it’s right up there with car crash fatalities,” she said. “It’s growing every year.” , the figures for deaths caused by drugs are likely much higher because the number of autopsies are so limited.
So vehicular  speeding is not the major cause of accidents, deaths but impaired driving and yet the police like to go after speeders, over the drunk drivers still and why was that?
It is not the rapists, drunk drivers that mostly  fill the courts calendars, docks it is mostly the revenue generating traffic tickets.. if the government wants to get tough on crime, as it purports, it should go after the real criminals. Drunk, impaired drivers too.  After all speeding is not the major cause of vehicular accidents, what you did not know that yet? and the police Chief himself did not tell you? What is then the cause of major car accidents? Drunk driving, road rage, impaired driving, distracted while driving…. and what the revenue generating traffic division has not gone after all this mostly instead yet too? and why Not? The Cops becoming judge and jury, now taking the law into their own hands  even when they still say “ In most cases, our cops are the best to judge if stunt driving is really stunt driving. Or, is it simply speeding. If that is the case, they should charge accordingly or face more legal challenges.” And them the cops still being continually soft on drunk drivers is cause too many cops do  drink alcohol now too?  http://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2009/09/10/speeding-is-not-the-major-cause-of-car-accidents-still/
BC alcohol revenues provide the government with $1 billion annually. But health and enforcement costs related to alcohol were $57 million higher than revenue generated by alcohol sales. http://www.thestar.com/news/canada/article/736962–b-c-pays-deadly-cost-to-fill-thirst-for-booze
VICTORIA — Alcohol consumption has increased almost twice as much in British Columbia as it has in the rest of the country, according to a new study. Researchers at the University of Victoria Centre for Addictions Research say British Columbians’ alcohol consumption has risen 16 per cent since 1998. That’s almost twice the nine per cent increase seen in the rest of Canada. http://www.vancouversun.com/health/Drinking+rises+faster+than+rest+Canada/2322114/story.html
and if that is true now there should be twice as much arrests for drunk driving and twice as much prison incarceration for drunk driving too? is there or why not?

Saskatchewan has introduced the toughest repeat drunk-driving sentencing policy in Canada, just in time for the holiday party season. As of Friday in Saskatchewan, there will be a minimum mandatory 30-day jail sentence for repeat offenders who have had one prior conviction in the past five years or two convictions in the past ten years.  Further, if a convicted drunk driver has two convictions in the past five years or three in the past ten years, the mandatory jail sentence will be 120 days.  These sentences will be more severe if the drunk driving offences have caused bodily harm or if the offender is found to be driving while disqualified. http://www.torontosun.com/news/canada/2009/12/09/12098391.html

It has always confounded me as to why the liars, crooks, deceivers, abusers, alcolholics, drug addicts   too often do still do think they can get away with now, next and forever.

Women tend to be a higher risk for drunk driving than men. Why you might ask? It is due to the fact that women tend to have more passengers in the car or are more likely to be distracted or have small children present. QUEBEC – A Quebec City suburb has temporarily lost its police chief because he’s been busted on drinking and driving charges. Alcohol is more dangerous than illegal drugs like heroin and crack cocaine, according to a new study.Heroin, crack cocaine and methamphetamine, or crystal meth, were the most lethal to individuals. When considering their wider social effects, alcohol, heroin and crack cocaine were the deadliest. But overall, alcohol outranked all other substances, followed by heroin and crack cocaine. Experts said alcohol scored so high because it is so widely used and has devastating consequences not only for drinkers but for those around them. When drunk in excess, alcohol damages nearly all organ systems. It is also connected to higher death rates and is involved in a greater percentage of crime than most other drugs, including heroin. All governments should consider more education programs and raising the price of alcohol so it isn’t as widely available.    “What governments decide is illegal is not always based on science,”  for monetary considerations about revenue and taxation, like those garnered from the alcohol and tobacco industries, may influence decisions about which substances to regulate or outlaw. “Drugs that are legal cause at least as much damage, if not more, than drugs that are illicit,”     http://ca.news.yahoo.com/s/capress/101031/health/health_eu_med_dangerous_alcohol

Provincial Governments, cops too  do not want to reduce gambling or alcohol consumption for it is a great money maker for them, and too many Canadian politicians and cops do like to booze..

The problem with the Police or Politicians consuming alcohol, is that alcohol not only makes you a mental retard cause it does now kills your brain cell, alcohol also kills your emotions of compassion, and  reasoning ability now as well..

Ever notice that if you watch the movies or the TV they give you a really lying, distorted image of alcohol drinkers where they are all smiling, happy faces too.. unlike the real taverns, bar scenes ehh.. where people cause trouble, are depressed, etc.,,

BC Pie in the sky – Pie in the Face

 Logo_BC

No more mud pies please..

VICTORIA- BC- — A new Ipsos Reid poll that shows that more than 70 per cent of British Columbians believe they were “intentionally misled” during the election could signal Premier Gordon Campbell and his B.C. Liberals will suffer long-lasting effects on their credibility, Ipsos Reid vice-president Kyle Braid said Thursday. The poll released Thursday found that 72 per cent of people believe the Liberals willfully deceived the electorate.  Only 10 per cent of people contacted for the poll said they believe Campbell’s story that he and his government only learned the gravity of B.C.’s fiscal crisis once the election was over. Braid said that because the poll question speaks to core values like credibility and integrity, the strong message could endure well beyond the usual outrage that arises from single policies or decisions.  “There’s a potential that the perception they [the public] have been misled has a resonance that could last an awful lot longer over time,” said Braid.  58 per cent blamed the ballooning deficit on “mismanagement by the provincial government. The poll also found that 68 per cent of people disapprove of Tuesday’s budget, and that 82 per cent believe it will hurt them and their family.  ”http://www.vancouversun.com/news/residents+believe+Liberals+intentionally+misled+voters+poll+finds/1959745/story.html

But I believe we all should care because it speaks to the integrity and honesty of our politicians. And the day we stop caring about whether they are being truthful and forthright with us is the day we take a huge step back as a society. In the spring of this year, the Liberals campaigned on budget numbers that were complete fiction. And now we know that even they knew it.  http://www.theglobeandmail.com/news/national/british-columbia/deficit-tally-fictitious-and-grits-knew-it/article1273992/

How come the  fiscal and budgetary materials released this week in BC failed to acknowledge the growing number of British Columbians who have lost their jobs in recent months. According to B.C. Stats, from July 2008 to July 2009, the ranks of the unemployed nearly doubled, growing from 119,000 to an even 200,000. And while the rate of job losses has slowed slightly in recent weeks, even the Campbell government expects unemployment to continue to rise, up to 8.3 percent of the total labour force in 2010. Of course, those numbers do not include the hundreds, and probably thousands, of workers across the public-sector who already have lost, or soon will lose, their jobs as a result of cuts to provincial grant programs. And that’s not all. In addition to cutting expenditures and putting people out of work, the Campbell government’s revised fiscal plan for 2009/10 outlines several measures by which Victoria will squeeze ever more money out of beleaguered British Columbians. Even B.C.’s Crown corporations are taking an ever-increasing amount of money out of provincial residents’ pockets.  http://thetyee.ca/Opinion/2009/09/02/BizarreBudget/   Have the members of the BC legislature taken any pay cuts themselves now too? or are the merely taken another opportunity to gouge the citizens of BC? But now Hansen just looks shifty and evasive. So does premier Campbell..

B.C. budget forecasts $2.8 billion deficit, higher debt, increases medical premiums VICTORIA, B.C. – The B.C. government says the province is facing the greatest economic crisis in a generation and tabled a budget Tuesday that forecasts a deficit almost six times higher than it had anticipated earlier this year, increases personal health insurance premiums and reveals a drastically shrinking economy. http://ca.news.yahoo.com/canada/cp

Pie in the sky before the provincial election leads to pie in the face after the election

B.C. Liberals defend timing of budget deficit  “  This is a government with no legitimacy. It looks to me that they suppressed information about deficits, planned cuts to programs, the escalation in welfare rolls, and destroyed emails related to the BC rail case.  No wonder our kids are cynical about democracy. “The minister said on May 12, the day the Liberals were elected to a third straight term, he was told the revenue shortfall would be more than $1.1 billion.” But Hansen said he still believed the province could keep the deficit down because it had received an offer from Ottawa that would give the province $1.6 billion if it implemented a harmonized sales tax.” Wow, can you believe this? The day of the election victory he claims they are told it will be more and in the same breath he admits to having conversations with the Feds in regards to a HST they previously claimed was not in the cross hairs. By the sounds of the statement they were already working with the Feds to implement it. Incompetence doesn’t even begin to describe these crooks. Contact your MLA’s repeatedly people. These guys can’t even keep their stories straight. Lies, lies and more lies should be the new Lib/Con mantra. ” “Drunk driver, doubling his own salary in 8 yrs as premier,… Sounds like an interesting character to have in politics, but not in BC please!.. Here you just anger people more and more until you will have to run! ..Right now I don’t think that the NDP is the solution to all our problems, but may just be the least of two evils!” “Gordo and his buddies didn’t know that the economy of BC was going to tank until after the election, then they are incompetent and don’t deserve to run our province. So, Gordo, what is it, are you incompetent or deceitful?” or both? ” Many have stated that the Premier & the MLA’s should have their raises recinded, expense accounts scrutinized and over-priced government executive positions reduced considerably.  This might hint at a shred of integrity! ” ” http://www.cbc.ca/canada/british-columbia/story/2009/09/02/bc-liberals-defend-deficit.html

If anyone doubts these guys are liars and crooks their  head must be stuck in the sand.

Almost since my first job after graduating from university I had learned that people are not to be trusted, need to be supervised, and corruption still exists in construction, universities, municipalities, governments, corporations, amongst professionals and politicians as well.

So it seems liars will still say anything to get elected.Politics these days is sadly still a big liar it seems too.. at the federal and at the provincial levels, they lie to get reelected  and   clearly dishonest Ontario  Liberal provincial government seems not to be any better than the bad BC Liberal government now as well.  THEY LIE WHEN THEY SAY THEY ARE HERE TO BE RESPONSIBLE TO LOOK AFTER THE GOOD CITIZENS OF CANADA IS BASICALLY  . Interesting reading, comments too, Liberal & Conservative Politicians do lie too  http://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2009/07/20/bc-liberals/

and which clearly reminds me of our PM Stephen Harper who said there is no recession before the last election and next said that Canada was facing the worst recession after the election too.

“YES, I can quickly sum up my political experiences in Canada.. for decades now most people in Canada  seem to elect liars and alcoholics for politicians, and we have had now much too many of them elected as well.. Of course  it seems natural for alcoholics to lie, they seen to often lie that it is is ok to drink alcohol in the first place, and it seems natural for many lawyers who run for political offices, and many want to be politicians to lie to get elected.. Yes most people elect liars who tell them the things they want to hear.. we all know that had Stephen Harper told the truth that Canada was going into a major depression next, he very likely would have never got elected. so he said there was going to be no election or recession, he clearly lied. After he was elected he admits Canada was facing a big recession of course, how could he deny otherwise. I openly express the truth that we should stop electing any liars and alcoholics, even in the police forces, civil and public services now too,  and when it is confirmed that they are thieves, cheats,  liars or alcoholics they should be immediately fired, recalled.. as simple as that too. Some professing ostrich evangelical totally deny that the professing Christians drink alcohol, they have a problem with the alcoholics rather and not me I merely reported the truth, facts, that many professing Christians drink alcohol and falsely try to justify it as well.. Alcohol does a lot of brain damages, negatively affects your ability to work, to live normal, alcohol is a major cause of car accidents, tends to destroy your family life, so of course I have no use for alcohol or alcoholics anywhere. Neither should any of us not just MADD, Mothers Against Drunk Drivers. and a  bad immoral Conservatives is not better than a bad immoral Liberal, especially firstly the alcoholic ones. “

“How also now can the inadequate, pretentious  BC Liberal government even think of being reelected   when it clearly for years now too has not dealt adequately with the abused, the poor and needy persons of British Columbia, the homeless, the unemployed, the unemployable, nor even the bad RCMP just for a start.. like it’s bad resigned Justice Minister who clearly was only unacceptably pretending to function in office”..

“ Measures designed to protect the private interests of families and children, persons involved  ought not to be used to prevent me or the legislature, Parliament now rightfully highlighting, reviewing what I do believe is to be shortcomings in the applications of  laws. The lack of rightful prosecutions of persons who make perjury before the courts even.  ”

“Remember those too typical pre-election Conservative Politicians lying words  even about holding now real people in the civil and public services, governments  accountable now for their wrong doings.. well how many new persons have been prosecuted, held accountable since the federal election? how many?? ”

“Now Jason Kenney, Stockwell Day, Vic Toews, and Prime Minister Stephen Harper we are still waiting for you to show us all how you fully hold a guilty RCMP officers, and their bad superiors  fully accountable for their own wrong doings.  Putting criminals into jail serves a useful purpose but that now also includes the bad civil and public servants, the bad cops, bad RCMP officers and bad politicians … and not mainly just the bad citizens.. so now how many bad civil and bad public servants, bad conservatives has the new Conservative federal government put into jail this year.. please do tell us all the truth, list it for us… and rightfully install fair, honest, decent police commissions to protect the citizens and then not so many people will want to assault the police too.. we already know how abusive and crooked the too often lying cops, their sergeants, superiors  and their commissions tend to be.. what real practical good besides mere cheap words, unfulfilled promises are you all going to do about it as well?  Once again the Conservatives easily show to all what big liars they are when it comes to holding to accountability one of their own too.

“ You can fool some of the people some of the time, most of the people most of the time but not all the people all of the time, and those people will next still set the others straight.. “

And in the last decades I have dealt, with written to almost every single federal and provincial justice ministers too and I too  can say for certainty most of them were liars, incompetent, pretenders too.. not surprisingly cause they were also lawyers.. and most of us already have a low, low opinion of these too often liars, leeches anyway..

NOW DO FIRE ALL THE BAD COPS, BAD MINISTERS, STARTING WITH THE JUSTICE MINISTERS, CANADA WIDE.

But it  seems this year  God is doing it for us right Mr. Bryant?  http://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2009/08/31/its-about-time/

Harper Conservatives running scared

StephenHarper

OTTAWA — Canada moved closer to its second federal election in less than a year on Tuesday, after the opposition leader Michael Ignatieff announced that his Liberal Party would no longer support Prime Minister Stephen Harper and his Conservative government. “Mr. Harper, your time is up,” Mr. Ignatieff told a cheering crowd of Liberal politicians at a party retreat in Sudbury, Ontario. “We will hold Stephen Harper to account and we will oppose his government in Parliament.” The Conservatives do not control a majority of the votes in the House of Commons and rely on the support of the Liberals and two smaller opposition parties to maintain power. One of the two smaller partiers, the New Democratic Party or the Bloc Québécois, would have to join the Liberals in order to bring down the government. ( They very definitely will) Bob Rae, a prominent Liberal member of Parliament, said his party would introduce a motion of no confidence in the government at the first opportunity in the Parliamentary calendar, probably in early October. http://www.nytimes.com/2009/09/02/world/americas/02canada.html

Fall election would be ‘irresponsible’: BairdCanada’s opposition parties would be “irresponsible” to trigger an election just as Canada’s economy shows signs of rebounding, Transport and Infrastructure Minister John Baird said Monday.

“heh-heh…running scared Baird ?”
“Having Baird anywhere near a responsible post is irresponsible. He’s a school yard bully and when caught screams “They made me do it”.”
“On the contrary , if we’re fed up enough (unemployment, isotope crisis etc…) an election would be the MOST responsible thing Canadians could do.”
“Our democracy is set in place for a reason, to keep a functional and capable hand on the rudder, and if Harper and his cohorts aren’t up to the task or capable of maintaining confidence, then they don’t deserve to rule. Simple as that. Only a buffoon would call an election “unnecessary” – especially when it is triggered by the government’s own ineffectiveness. Signs of improvement are not a license to act as if you’ve free reign over the country, nor is it an invitation to behave as though we can’t do without you. We have before and we certainly will again.”
“Irresponsible to enact the will of the people. Baird and his government have a strange definition of accountability, that’s for sure.  What’s next – no election because it will be Baird’s grandma’s 80th birthday?
” Irresponsible eh. Should be right up your governments alley. Please let’s throw these clowns out. Sorry to insult proffesional clowns.”
“”You don’t simply flick a switch and spend $12 billion on new infrastructure spending,” he said.” Well; they made close to $50B disappear pretty quickly.”
“It was also irresponsible a year ago when Harper called one, breaking his own election law in the process. Apparently, elections are only responsible when Tories have a lead in the polls.”
“Irresponsible, you mean like calling an election in the middle of a global recession?” “Wasn’t that what they said the LAST time we didn’t need an election? Will Parlaiment next become “dysfunctional”, so the Alliance can seek another mandate of doing nothing, and blaming others for it?” “When I think of “irresponsible”, Conservatives stand out.  ” “Spin, spin, spin. Tell all the people who are losing or have lost their jobs how the economy is rebounding. Tell the employees who are being laid off because their employer is moving or closing his business the economy is rebounding. These conservatives who are feeding us this smoke and mirrors, remember, are the same conservatives who went from a surplus to an ever increasing deficit. The same conservatives who said the deficit and recession were a good thing because it means the rich can get richer.” http://www.cbc.ca/canada/story/2009/08/31/economy-election083109.html

Since when can we trust anything a Conservative politician now says too?

CBC news department persons told me they do not post personal things about Prime Minister Stephen Harper and his cabinet.. I guess they led the readers do all that..

The NDP could save the Conservative government from a fall defeat if the Tories make strides to boost pensions, slay bank and credit card fees and help the unemployed. Senior New Democrats suggested the 36-member caucus could save the country from an unwanted fall vote if Prime Minister Stephen Harper agrees to support key NDP priorities.  But it is very unlikely because the NDP demands tend to me more demanding over the present, past Liberal ones.

I have too often these days said can you believe anything an often bullying, bashing  Conservative  cabinet Minister says, does too often now, they lie and spin much too much.. and now that we all are likely facing another election they say look at how good we are today, but what about yesterday, many of us have bad memory of what they have been really like, had failed definitely lived up their own promises and our misled expectations of them too now

The Conservatives are warning that a fall election would kill a popular tax credit that allows Canadians to recoup some of the money they spend on home renovations while the Liberals are on record saying they will still honour this tax credit and that is good current good example how Conservatives  lie and spin the truth.. Over the summer the prime minister urged Canadians to take advantage of the tax credit, even though it hasn’t actually been approved by Parliament now he is the one who created the mess now too. The Liberals protest that this ploy is dishonest because even if they defeat the Tories on the budget motion they would reintroduce the measure and pass it should they win power. “This is just a Conservative game,” Liberal finance critic John McCallum said. “We are 100 per cent committed to the home-renovation tax credit and will ensure the appropriate legislation is there so people get their tax credit.”  http://www.theglobeandmail.com/news/politics/tories-gear-up-for-battle/article1273588/

LET US ALL STOP ELECTING LIARS OR THE ALCOHOLICS * .  Most of us seem to have a really bad habit of electing liars, electing the people who tell us what we want to hear, AND MANY OF THEM ARE LIARS WHO TELL US WHAT THEY THINK WE WANT TO HEAR SO THEY CAN BE ELECTED. It is not coincidental for me but almost every alcoholic person  now is also a major denier, liar.. they lie they are not alcoholic to start of with, they tend to lie as to how much they really do drink, and they tend do not disclose often where the money for the booze really comes from often too. So when I encounter a big liar I also check to see if they are also alcoholic, or when I know they are alcoholic I tend to also know that they are big liars too. THAT IS WHY I WOULDN’T ELECT A LIAR OR AN ALCOHOLIC TO A POLITICAL OR A CHURCH OFFICE AS WELL. Now it  would it no be really great if we now had really next  elected decent, qualified, non alcoholic persons as well  who really care more than just about the job, about being hired, the money, winning, the office prestige and  if now we did elect  a genuine, good, adequate politician rather instead  who  really did care  about the good welfare of the people in the riding in reality.. AND WOULD    WORK ON THEIR BEHALF MAINLY AND NOT INSTEAD FOR THEIR OWN OR THEIR PARTY’S BENEFIT MAINLY.

Now here’s a basic secret I have learned, how they  the political candidates, and their receptionists now do treat me now is generally how they do also next generally treat the others, and so once again,  as I have often done that before too, I thus had decided to visit firsthand some of the local political candidates, to specially visit their campaign office in our riding.. after all I was honestly trying to determine who  I would vote for.. all I do is say hello, watch and listen as to how they respond, and I do evaluate what they do say too. And many of you all already know that after my last   run in in my own home with a bad local existing Conservative  party candidate representative , who also is just another false spin doctor, and  bad control freak, for certainty now I would not vote for  them or recommend them.  How come these people do not understand that a personal referral is one the best way to win.. for the costly advertising is very ineffective still. We have had enough political  losers already.   http://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2008/10/01/let-us-all-stop-electing-liars-or-the-alcoholics/

*An alcoholic clearly is a person who has to, needs to  have two glasses of wine, or two bottles of beer  immediately at least,  or daily like  so many of the  Alcoholic politicians at least about 25 in the  average Parliament? Reality! These days it is too hard to tell the difference between secular persons and  the professing Christians . Genuine Born Again Evangelical Christians are total abstainers from smoking, drugs, alcohol, cheating, lying, stealing, tax evasions, pornography, or rather all personal vices, Impairments http://thefocusonthefamily.wordpress.com/2008/06/30/abstainers/
