Firstly the Justice Ministers and the Solicitor general should investigate and deal with the useless, pretentious bad RCMP too.

"Allegations that records of Conservative advertising expenses in the last election might have been altered raises the possibility of criminal acts of fraud or forgery that would need to be investigated by the RCMP, not just Elections Canada, a Liberal MP says. Dominic LeBlanc says Elections Canada investigators probing the "in and out" election financing scheme may have to refer parts of their investigation to the Mounties to examine documents used to justify expense claims by Conservative candidates in the last campaign."
 
AND RIGHTFULLY SO TOO.

BUT THE CLEARLY INCOMPETENT, PRETENTIOUS, IMMORAL, OVER PRICED RCMP, AND THAT IS JUST THE TIP OF THE BAD RCMP ICEBERG TOO,  FOR DECADES TOO THE RCMP NOT BEEN ABLE TO SUCCESSFULLY GET THEIR MAN IN REALITY, TO FULLY PROSECUTE THE MUCH TOO MANY BUY GUYS IN THE GOVERNMENTS, IN THE CIVIL AND PUBLIC SERVICES NOW TOO. THEY THE RCMP STILL DID NOT CATCH THOSE MURDEROUS TASER PERSONS AT THE VANCOUVER AIRPORT AS WELL? NOR BELL FOR THAT MATTER.

Now why does all this rightfully remind me still of Bell Sympatico now too. 
The New conservatives had won the last federal election  by the help of the news media but now also  by lying. not keeping their promises and also by skull drudgery it seems. Opposition leaders accuse Tories of ‘cheating,’ saying alleged scheme could have altered ’06 vote by deliberately exceeding campaign spending limits.
 
 MP Ralph “ Goodale suggests election was ‘tainted'; High-ranking Liberal questions government’s legitimacy in the wake of a recent RCMP raid on Tory headquarters . Three senior officials in the Harper government, including the prime minister’s Quebec lieutenant and transport minister, Lawrence Cannon, are referenced in court documents supporting last week’s search of Conservative party headquarters over the “in and out” election finance investigation.” Duceppe also lashed out at the Tory party’s attempts to hand-pick media outlets for a briefing on the affair Sunday, saying “they chose the journalists, just like they want to choose the judges, choose the books we should read, choose the movies we should see. … This is the old Reform party coming back.” New Democrat MP Pat Martin (Winnipeg Centre) went further, calling for “serious consequences,” including barring the 67 Tories implicated in the scheme from running in the next election.”

“Along with all the usual suspects – judges, bureaucrats, senators and non-compliant reporters – the ruling party is now in a street fight with Elections Canada. Those are the same above-reproach, non-partisan folks sent abroad as a model for countries where cheating is common and results rigged. In coming from behind to win in 2006, the party just did what others have done by moving money between national and local campaigns.” And they the new Conservatives had lied when they had said before to us all elect us and we will show you an honest, different form of government too.

“As finance minister in the Martin government, Goodale was the target of an RCMP investigation during the 2006 election over alleged leaks of sensitive financial information about taxing income trusts. He was cleared but RCMP complaints commission officials said recently that the naming of Goodale represented a change in police policy which may well have affected the outcome of the 2006 election. “This was a very, very close election,” Goodale said  Some calculations put the crucial difference at as few as 10,000 votes to tip the 2006 result in Harper’s favour. “When you calculate $1 million in extra advertising, which is what the chief electoral officer is alleging, you factor that in with things like the income trust investigation and there are some very large question marks.” “

Trying to seal the significant loss of public, media  support the federal conservatives resorted even lately  to damage control secrecy, spin control instead of being fully honest in the matter.
 
“In a scene out of a second-rate bedroom farce, government operatives skulked around, moving a “secret” briefing for select media outlets from one hotel to another. Most reporters were barred, while a few others, of varying political stripes, were admitted to a closed session. Certainly the topic at hand — allegations that the Tory party outspent its election limit by $1 million — deserves further explanation. The pertinent documents were scheduled to be released Monday anyway. Why would the Harper government go out of its way to further alienate the press corps, in this case including those friendly to Conservatives?”
 
Of course lately this isn’t the first time Stephen Harper’s Conservative government has shown a preference for control, spin doctoring, dictatorship, secrecy and false partiality, RACIAL, ETHNIC and GENDER  BIas too, and next even media favoritism and I have said that was rightfully unacceptable still a long time ago too. Unacceptably the Calgary Christian Missionary Alliance church, a false Christian church as I have detailed why before too, , the preferential Christian denomination Christian Missionary Alliance of the professing Christian evangelical  Prime Minister Stephen Harper  wrongfully  does all  that too as I have witnessed first hand many times too is never acceptable, so it is clear why Harper does the same things.

“MP Gilles Duceppe said the Conservatives shouldn’t complain about being held to a higher standard” for they had claimed they were going to be more  honest too.

 

Ouch that  has to got to hurt.. Canadian sharks smell a loser’s blood  and thus they are  swimming in for the  kill again?

 Undeniably Stephen Harper term has been a continuous one step forward and two backwards. A very dangerous act in a minority government especially. Mind you that is just a sample of the many, many negative comments, adds about the Conservatives  freely circulated freely by many,  the news media to all the citizens.

 

So in desperation, they the Conservatives need to do something, anything, the Conservatives are going to rely again on their own dirty tricks campaign, lawsuits or new dirty adds, blitz, and very costly ones, even financially.   But in practice that is too too late for the Conservatives, money rather wasted too, for  blood has been spilt, the damage has been done and you cannot take it bad. Canadian sharks smell a loser’s blood  and thus they are  swimming in for the  kill again?         THE REALITY IS THAT NO PARTY, LEADER, OR HIS MINISTERS, MPS CAN WIN REELECTION WITH OUT THE SUPPORT OF THE MAJORITY OF THE NEWS EDITORS, REPORTERS, NEWS MEDIA IN CANADA STILL.. which they the Conservative losers clearly now do not have in Quebec or in Ontario

Bell Followup

This again is my official statement CHARGING YOU BELL again with  the unacceptable breach OF YOUR HIGH SPEED INTERNET SERVICE to me, the Mutually Agreed upon CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATIONS TO ME. Specifically also -

Firstly all these various  Bell one sided references,  numbers, stated Bell promises, for my Bell Internet services account with Bell  for me are rather rightfully still  meaningless, not a valid portion of my  contract too, since Bell Sympatico had wrongfully refused, refuses  to give me a copy of the full details of what is in these referenced  files for my own rightful personal examination and verification too. They might serves some purpose for Bell but really serve none profitably  for me still too. 
 
Furthermore as I have rightfully complained in writing, and verbally to even the Bell Billing accounting supervisors, personnel now too today, the last months, this year too, and undeniably now too  I have also still to date have never  received the requested official Monthly Billings or any detailed clarifications as to what these new contract changes were, or what the new type of account I now supposedly had was like, or even as who specially had made these unauthorized by me changes from Bell’s side too, and that fact, truth I have already detailed to Bell in writing, on the net many times.  In fact this year  in one week I had received in from Bell Sympatico two totally different and description  of what my 2008  account entailed as I had undeniably in my response pointed this to Bell now too. All this Bell false abuse of me is further  unacceptable costly waste of my time and energy now too. Bell still needs to respect all of the consumers, customer rights now too in all of their contracts .

 

 

In all valid contracts by law a  joint approval, mutual agreement of both parties is always still needed. When Bell had initially confirmed our joint,  2 year Unlimited downloads, high speed  Internet supply service contract agreement of 2006, and next continued in 2007, Bell   had taken theirs and mine acceptance  of the Contract to supply me my specific internet services. Bell also  originally had send me an email, and a  specific request as well to me for me to approve the automatic Bank withdrawal payments for this contract. I in return had immediately sent an email confirming my understanding of the joint agreement to Bell, my conditions as well,  and Bell Sympatico next in 2 years  had not denied them as well. But for the subsequent revised, modified, changed Bell  internet services with the new contract changes made solely by Bell, and solely wrongfully initiated alone, a false, one  sided contract agreement, in favor solely to by Bell in 2008, and no such past rightful approval action by me as well   was undertaken thus by Bell. I repeat also again thus that Bell had acted wrongfully and Bell had not sent to me nor had I received a  written letter, email  detailing the new Bell modifications, terms, agreement  to be undertaken, and Bell next this year had also received in return  clearly both no written confirmation from me of their  new contract changes, acceptance  and Bell also next  did not get any permission from me to take any further money  from my Bank account, or elsewhere, and any Bell attempt to do so I have as stated before was, is clearly unacceptable theft by Bell now since I undeniably have not been consulted, nor did I rightfully give Bell any rights, permission for Bell to continue do so. Bell clearly still does not have any right to do so too. But Bell still owes me my 6 month internet credit money  in my past Bell Sympatico account, and it can continue to use the money if they maintain the old account AND THE SAME ACCOUNT  terms in full, the unlimited downloads, 6 meg speed terms. Bell cannot ever take, rather steal my money from my old account to put it into the new account that now they alone had set up too. That is a legal fact. 

 

This year I only got one rather very useless  official reply this year from the Bell  Executive care  Sasha Rollins and who had replied to me in part, and in writing by letter,  and he wrongfully still did not  even  address these unacceptable Sympatico Billing Changes, extra modem charges, nor my request for my billing printouts, and all the related questions of mine for sure. And still he wrongfully does not return my phone calls  too.  Bell Sympatico, I have already also now many times rightfully opposed, complained in writing to you Bell about the false, unauthorized  capping on my unlimited internet services, download from you for any of  my Bit torrent downloads. And what I download, use the net for big brother Bell is still none of your business firstly too. And  circus continued at Bell, Customer care center today. I now also request that you please give me the monthly average in total for all of the months since 2001 that I have had my Bell internet services since you dared wrongfully  to say I have had sufficient downloads even to date. I spent 4 hours talking toe Bell Personnel today even.Here is the undeniable fact also that while Bell is undeniably waiting for the CRTC positive results hopefully before they will fully get back to  me on my many now even posted complaints, not just never mind the last 2 weeks, the last 4 months, the last 9 months, or the last 18 months too. It is also undeniable fact that 45% of Bell’s past, present  customers have written a negative review of Bell Sympatico  services specially just on one site on the net too. 100 percent of Bell managers never kept their promises, promises to even call me back  in the last 4 months already too and in the last 9 months too. Facing the simple truth about my valid rightful complaints is still too complicated for them. Boy these men do they clearly have personal problems here now stillHere is what I also still continually do wrongfully get from Bell Sympatico, Bell cannot keep their contractual obligations to me still as detailed many time sin writing to you, the mangers do not keep their promises to me to call me back, but Bell  still tries to screw me at every false opportunity with extra costs for Bell’s  non approved, un authorized services and equipment. even without my prior knowledge now too. Not acceptable. Bell has still to give my my many times requested  official copy of my Bill statements for the last months. But meanwhile I discovered pursuing this rightfully now by phone the last 2 weeks too that a Bell employee  Bell India Samhir #33208 Electronic Customer Care Sympatico Client Services  now who by the Bell accounting personnel have said that he apparently was the liar who to get a commission for himself now had made the unauthorized by me changes to my Bell Sympatico account in January, February 2008. Do now Prosecute him fully for this too. Now why has Bell wrongfully failed to deal with this, are the managers at Ottawa Canada executive care part of the rob the Bell Customers,  citizens  as well? Other customers even on your web site have complained their accounts have been changed this year also without their knowledge and approval,  Do a full review of this too. While Bell undeniably now has been CONTINUOUSLY falling to meet their contractual obligations of delivering me a high speed reliable, steady, continuous 6 meg speed unlimited  internet system the last 9 months even, Bell had in the process replaced my modem at Least  7 TIMES, even had sent  7 REPAIRMEN  to my home as well but Bell next had also falsely, charged me  an extra 55 dollars, billed to me now in March 2008 Billing that I had now requested to see even, or officially get your copy of it too, this extra for a new upgraded modem that I had not requested, nor authorized, nor approved is unacceptable, unbelievable too.. It is unbelievable especially in the light that this Bell act is more typical unacceptable fraud on Bell’s personnel part now too. So clearly with Bell you have to keep a continual eye on their Billings, customers cannot trust Bell  at all. I already have also said that even in in writing too you and even that  Bell could not get one computer too work for me on the net for me for the last 2 years, and never mind next trying to have  Bell now having two working on the net,. I also already do have my own  existing router too. Bell clearly did not, cannot meet their contractual obligations to me, but they sure can  wrongfully try to screw me with extra COSTS wrongfully at every chance they CAN have. Really Unacceptable. Do now Fire rightfully all of these related bad People at Bell now too ASAP. Mainly due also to the helpful persistency of rather now  two senior female, helpful  Bell accounting supervisors today I was finally able to talk by phone to a newly appointed for me  trouble shooter from Bell executive worldwide customer care Department  Tel  1-866-317-3382 .  I had next  continued in my  to talk this new person by phone, and he was just hired at Bell’s executive headquarters, I talked to him about my much too many past unresolved Bell complaints,  and he next had promised  he will review all of my posted on the net too complaints, and deal with them and to call me talk back on them next too.  I also had asked him, Bell still to pay for their false over drawing of my Bank account immediately too with their false modem charges as well. Do note this Bell, all departments included,   and do act fully on all of this too. Bell Symaptico accounting department now  included and yes immediately too . The trouble shooter had confirmed also to me he will review my rightful now additional claim of 500 dollars for my much too many past Bell hassles, problems and my time wasted on them too this year, and in the last many years too. I had also now asked him, Bell to rightfully still  respect the contract laws as per the province of Quebec as I have rightfully many times detailed before, the provincial laws where I reside in.

First do note that my Bell internet services profile, download speeds  varies, varied from 1 megs, 2 megs, 5 megs, 6 megs, 7 megs, depending on the weather, the day of the week, etc.,  and now all  contrary to Bell’s promises, advertisement of a steady High speed system too, etc., or Bell’s past advertisement that ” Bell delivers reliable Internet access, assuring consumers that they can get on the  Net when they want to and stay there as long as they need”…is also clearly a lie….” Bell’s advertised “Choice of consistent super fast speed” is also a lie for the speed undeniably was slow and varied and too often…  Bell’s advertised “Best price” is also a lie.. and please all do  still deal with Bell’s false capping of my bit torrent too.. on my unlimited download Bell account in Canada.

Bell for certainty cannot be trusted, it can only be trusted to lie, Bell along with many DSL ISP undeniably lied in their past Internet  ADDS for many years about the advantages of  the internet DSL over Cable too. “The speed advantage of DSL over cable is much higher”, ” DSL-based services results in the ability to guarantee the bandwidth provided by the high-speed DSL connection” ” Cable service providers usually don’t quote absolute performance numbers like the DSL vendors” In real fact Major Canadian DSL vendors like Bell never met their promised speed CONTINOUSLY or reliabily now too anyway and most of the time they were far short of it too. .
 
Rightfully Separating the fact from the fiction.. Truths your father or mother may not have, did not tell you about Bell or Rogers DSL internet services.
 
Some of the major differences between DSL and cable modem originate not with the technology itself but rather with the original service provider.
 
All other things being equal, factors like cost, reliability and quality of customer support for installation and maintenance issues can vary significantly from one provider to the next. There are very bad providers now like Rogers and Bell firstly still too.
 
In fact, the speed, cost, availability, and many other elements of DSL or cable modem service can vary significantly depending on the provider, their existing, supplied equipment, something most ISP do not tell you beforehand too.
 
There are clearly now very poor internet Providers still who basically cannot deliver what they had promised for sure such even firms such  as Bell. In reality. Although both DSL and cable do have performance issues that vary from one minute to the next depending on the pattern of use and traffic congestion on the Internet, Cable systems can be upgraded cheaper, a lot easier and faster firstly over the phone lines, DSL systems. . . No such thing as promised Uniformity of availability and download speeds by the DSL still too. Contrary to their advertisement of high speed, unlimited internet, the Bad DSL Providers also make their own false pre estimations of what they do believe that the  specific customer does  actually need in the internet service by firstly even limiting  what the customer can get and all done without the customer’s knowledge, approval firstly, and thus one DSL subscribers would get now even much higher bandwidth levels than others in the same neighborhood.  When the Providers next unexptedly do say that they do want to create a fair-and-equal distribution of bandwidth of customers it firstly means their system was overly advertised, inadequate, cannot deliver the promised services to the paid customers. Explains why when my neighbor turns on his computer my Bell ISP download speed decreases drastically ehh… Facts Bell never seems to disclose especially  prior to most of their internet service customers. Wow!
 
The causes of cable modem speed problems are similar to those of DSL or other high-speed Internet services: Cable speed can suddenly drop if the service provider has technical difficulty with their network. Speeds should return to normal after a few minutes or hours. Unfortunately it seems in reality Cable providers so have much less customer complaints, even less frequent delivery  problems and cable can more readily, faster deal with the problem especially over Bell as many have found out firsthand too, especially in the light that the phones lines tend to be often old, inadequate, needing extensive, expensive replacement and repair still too.  In the analysis of DSL-based services, it was well known that there were, are inherent weaknesses in the technology which  must be overcome in order to assure adequate usage. For one example, many of the installed copper loops have been in place for a long time. The line quality of these loops is unknown and they do  still have difficulty carrying the  DSL signals.  The DSL services  offered in the market  required unique equipment for the consumer. This lack of interoperability between existing equipment and even any changes by the service providers is a weakness.  In practice , Cable connections are significantly superior to cable modems in terms of speed and latency. .Cable speed can suddenly drop if the service provider has technical difficulty with their network. Speeds should return to normal after a few minutes or hours. Both technologies have performance that varies minute by minute depending on network connections,   New DSL technologies may someday move the performance bar – but for now it was a turtle race. Today, cable modem retains a high  performance advantage over DSL. Cable technology supports approximately 30 Mbps of bandwidth, whereas most forms of DSL cannot reach 10 Mbps never mind maintain it….  and Bell does not disclose this of course..
  
Factors affecting DSL speed include:
While “In deploying these broadband services, companies are developing whole new ways to access the Internet. Some of these, such as digital subscriber lines (DSL) use the phone network. Some use wireless devices or satellite services, and there is even talk of deployment through power lines. Cable, however, has all of these beat. Because of the widespread deployment of cable systems (cable passes 97% of residential homes), cable system operators have taken a significant lead in bringing broadband services to residential customers. In addition, cable has certain technological advantages which give it an advantage in deployment over DSL or other competing broadband delivery systems. For the foreseeable future,” “when looking at deployment of broadband to the home, most people should be looking at   cable broadband.”   It’s likely both DSL and cable are “secure enough” for most people’s needs.” To some it is still unclear   whether one technology will dominate in the provision of high-speed services to the masses. “It is clear, however, that the winner in this race will be the consumer” William . Rodey  vice president of sales and marketing for Westell Technologies. In the undeniable reality  next in fact the consumer now has become the loser if they chose a Bell DSL. 
  • The Quality of the phone line to your residence. Neighborhoods with newer, better copper wiring can achieve somewhat faster DSL speeds. Most neighborhoods tend to be older so they can expect plenty of problems with their internet services.
  • Length of the phone line between the residence and the phone company hub (often called “central office”). DSL technology is clearly “distance sensitive” because its performance decreases significantly as you get further away from this hub. Mostly customers do not live near the hub sadly.
  • ISP Service glitches. While normally a constant, DSL speed can suddenly drop if the service provider has much too many technical difficulty with their network. Speeds should return to normal after a few minutes or hours or days  in the case of Bell, and reappear it seems almost weekly as well.
 

 

 

 And there is the often poor in quality, cheap, inadequate, mis-configured wired or wireless modems, routers. Modems, Routers sit between your computers and the Internet connection. In many cases, a very slow modem ISP supplied, installed firstly between a computer and the network will not keep pace with the speed of the cable Internet connection. If not functioning properly, or very poorly configured a router can greatly limit the  internet speed achievable on all of the customers computers as it seems to be too often in Bell’s customers case as I know from the last years of dealing with them.   As with DSL services, some cable modem services are symmetric (providing equal bandwidth for both uploading and downloading), but most Providers offer much higher download bandwidth to match   their own estimate of the needs of residential customers. You still always also  do have to verify  with your service provider  the typical bandwidth levels associated with your subscription and see if that is part of the problem your internet is slow and sluggish too.. 

 

 

More and more, Internet users are finding Web browsing a lot less fun these days for  it took a little time to load the pages, there is continual internet connectivity problems the ISP provider is totally unreliable, dishonest, inadequate too

Why haven’t you ever noticed it before?’ Well, the fact is that it should never have been on my bill to begin with.” A consumer may be paying a bill, and if they suddenly see an extra $5 charge, most assume it’s a surcharge and pay the bill without thinking about it. The reality is that the charge could have come from a feature used by anyone in the customer’s area, or data could have been entered into the billing system incorrectly. These small charges add up over the course of service, so  recommends keep  a close eye on your bill, and not pay  for anything you’re not using. Ignorance and complacency are two big obstacles for companies and phone users to overcome before they can save money. Many do not think to check their bill, and few realize just how much money they are giving away over the course of their service. It is a good idea to take the time to look over your bill for mistakes. Just don’t rely on the phone company to do it for you. The overcharging problem is rampant across all aspects of telecommunications ” This also applies now to Bell Sympatico as well as I have clearly detailed before.. 
  
Amnesty International calls for governments and companies to protect internet freedom A press release on the Amnesty International web site says that world governments and companies are keeping citizens uninformed by restricting and censoring internet content, so  the group is calling on these governments and companies to reverse this trend. IT and telecommunications companies should publicly commit to honoring and supporting human rights; be transparent about any censorship they undertake and what laws they are following; make every legal effort to avoid complying with any request that would violate a person’s right to privacy or expression; and to take the lead in protecting and promoting human rights with the assistance of governments and society. 
 
 Bell firstly has also not been transparency about it’s internet capping as well now.. Major Canadian DSL service providers commonly employ bandwidth / speed caps for residential customers. Bandwidth caps place an artificial limit on the maximum speed a customer can achieve by monitoring their individual traffic flow and throttling network packets .Providers concerned about the capacity limits of their network  implement a cap so that they can accommodate more customers, and make more money and undeniably  do not do this for the sole benefit of the consumer but mainly their own.
 
“Open access”, the ability of any citizen to chose their Internet service provider (ISP), access any content or service, and transmit any information desired, was the hallmark of the existing Internet. Keep the Internet free but regulate the ISPs. As  the global Internet works rather well just the way it is: uncontrolled uploads and downloads, unregulated content, freedom of speech, and freely distributed. But if the CRTC tries to put one group in control of it, Like Bell it will inevitably become just another false  channel for control and profit, in the same way that virtually the entire television media has become.
 
But I have said much of this before for many months now too already even that Bell will lie, divert the truth and basically try to say that the customers are all still stupid, and the customer’s own computer'(s) are at fault,, they are lacking sufficient processing power or memory, cache and they  cannot keep pace with a high-speed Internet connection. Or the spyware, viruses on the computer when that rarely is the case now too for the slow internet speed,s but rather it is mainly due to Bell’s own faulty, and poorly maintained and poorly serviced equipment…

The simple Questions that I really rightfully now do  still have is how stupid now do those people at the CRTC now think we the citizens now are, and how really stupid is the CRTC too? How is it they the CRTC  falsely cannot see how bad and unacceptably now Bell once again really is?
 
Now you all do know I am transparently honest, consistent, persistent too, and I have plenty of time and resources on my hand to pursue any subject too.. such as Bell Sympatico..
 
There was, is a need for regulatory Government intervention of Bell, ISP providers practices, advertisements too. There has been a lot of evidence, allegations about Bell managerial practices,  and it’s motives. It’s mostly been  warranted.
 
Historical Chronology of my  real dealings with Bell Sympatico, by phone and in WRITING. And you all got email copies of all of my related major BELL CORRESPONDENCES HERE IN THE LAST 10 MONTHS NOW TOO. And many of them are posted on the net now to.
 
-January too I phone Bell Sympatico stenchy technical  support to find out why my unlimited high speed internet, is  turtle slow. and Bell lies to me for the next 6 months.
-July 2007 I measure the actual downloads speeds supplied to me my Bell and firsthand discover I do not have a High speed internet services. So next
I talk to an expert, an IBM engineer to find out why, and he explains it to me, Bell has no high speed services to my area. Bell has lied, was guilty of false, misleading advertisings too.
- August 2007 I start to talk directly to the President office at Bell Sympatico executive care as to what I have undeniably found.
- August 2007 Bell installs a High fiber optical line to my area
-September 2007 Bell wants more money for the extra high speed supplied and I rightfully refuse it.. so Bell starts to reduce my speeds, even internet capping included..
- November 2007 Bell threatens to cut of both my phone services and internet if I reveal to anyone else what I have discovered about Bell’s DSL services, high speed services. Dictatorial Bell is guilty of obstruction of Justice here, false suppression of free speech.
- December 2007 Things come to a critical head, when I contact the news media, CBC, CJAD, Gazette so Bell , President office Sasha Rollins negotiates with me and offers credit for 6 months of high speed internet. I talk for about 6 hours on the phone with him and we discuss all kind of related things, such as the future of Bell Sympatico internet services, what the competition DSL and Cable offers too. Bell’s false misleading advertising about their DSL high-speed unlimited services too, and their false capping.
- February  2008 Bell decides to make permanent changes to their services offered and Bell starts to discontinue their high speed unlimited internet services, unofficially and also works on preventing Bell customers switching over to the competition.. this means capping the other ISP providers too. Bell gets a mad customer backlash on this. 40 percent of Bell’s customers are dissatisfied with Bell, it services, approach, etc.
Next I rightfully do charge Bell with denial of free speech, privacy invasion in their capping attempts as well, etc.,
- March 2008 Bell refuses to give me signed official statement of my Billing and my new contract as well
- April 2008  Bell falsely  bans me of their customer forums for my revealing to others what bell is really like and was doing, it’s poor services.
- April 2008 I even do reveal in writing that Bell will likely win the CAIP – CRTC hearing * cause Bell has someone inside the CRTC on the take..
- May 2008 Bell does not like the exposure I give them and they threatened to discontinue for the 3rd time my Internet contract with them and do not give me my requested contract, detail signed billings too.
As I had posted on the net too.. ” I was  once naive about Bell Sympatico. I had originally thought that when I had originally subscribed to Bell Sympatico’s High speed unlimited internet   services, that Bell next  could be trusted to keep their contractual obligations, but when time had started to pass, and I started in July 2007 to actually regularly  measure Bell Sympatico’s performances,  I had confirmed that Bell Sympatico undeniably,  clearly was not  keeping it’s promised,  contractual obligations, and next they still also had not done so as well. Next  Bell Sympatico  trough it’s many overall bad reps, support personnel continued to behave immorally in these matters by firstly, falsely not disclosing the full real reasons that  Bell now  had not been delivering their contractual, promises  to me and many others too now,    and Bell Sympatico  falsely continued also in even allowing all of the customers to be abused further by falsely implying the customer themselves were rather the ones now at fault originally now too in the reasons for Bell’s poor services and the  false Bell capping diversions reasons given out. In the last 16 months I too had witnessed and detailed that Bell Sympatico’s whole behavior and service performances   has been totally inacceptable. Cleary even Greedy Bell Sympatico  had wrongfully  gave even me a lot of grief, pain, problems, wasted my time the last 16 months too and Bell  they should now still even pay me more  for it too.
 
Now beyond a shadow of a doubt I have by my own witness, details I undeniably illustrated to all how dirty the President office of  Bell , Bell Sympatico has even played with me, all customers too

CAIP alleges Bell has fabricated a bogus argument about a congestion problem to eliminate an incentive for its customers to switch to smaller ISPs, which continue to offer unlimited usage plans for customers. Bell this year uses a billing system based on usage instead of speed. The present  future development  of iPhone includes multimedia messaging (MMS),  and adding  data tethering to the iPhone, which will turn the device into a wireless modem to connect laptops to 3G networks.
 
“MMS and Tethering – two features that have been readily available on many smartphones for years – are finally making their way to the iPhone. But if you’re in the United States, you won’t be able to use them for at least a few months. Because AT&T, the network with an exclusive lock on the iPhone in the US, couldn’t get it together in time to support them for the iPhone 3.0 software launch. At launch on June 17th, MMS is going to be supported by 29 carriers, and tethering will be supported by 22 of them. So when can we finally expect these stateside? MMS is apparently coming “later this summer”. And tethering? A much more nebulous (and ominous) “later”.

This is ridiculous, plain and simple. AT&T has almost certainly known about Apple’s plans for many months if not years, and was probably involved in determining when these features would be launching in the first place.

AT&T has made it clear many times that it simply doesn’t have the bandwidth to support the millions of new iPhone users that are using their “unlimited” data plans far more than they would on other phones.

Apparently AT&T won’t support the long-awaited addition of MMS upon the iPhone 3GS’s launch. Boy Genius Report explains the situation thusly, [T]he reason it’s not good to go right away is because AT&T has to manually remove all the “Opt Out MMS codes” on each account. Basically, if we were to summarize this, and we’re going out a little bit of a limb, remove the Opt Out MMS code, and MMS will work with the final OS 3.0 build right away. We’ve also just heard that tethering will be 100% locked out at launch, but AT&T’s in the process of putting together a $70/mo unlimited data and tethering plan. Sadly AT&T for a start is not the only carrier that doesn’t have presently  adequate  existing bandwidth to support all of their customers, iPhone users  using  an “unlimited” data plan  and that would now include Rogers and Bell? who are clearly already capping their existing customers and others to over come this serious shortcoming,   and in spite of what they do all  promise now they might have in the future I really rightfully do not believe them.

There is no doubt about it. I had asked Bell in writing many times for a simple print out of my monthly billings for the last 6 months. Too much to ask Bell for? You are joking!! Hey your Billing accounting department lies, your Bell computerized form reply to my many email still lies. It has been now 2 weeks, not 2 days, since your Bell Sympatico Billing department, firstly, and again and again next, promised me on the phone to mail me a printed out, a full detailed breaking down, monthly Billings for the past 6 months for my high speed internet unlimited account and yet they never did. What they cannot give me a simple account of my Bills? Now why is that? You had me expect to pay you without an adequate Billing account! Dream on.
 
Who is hiding what and who is now guilty of cover-up for whom still too at Bell? So I have to rightfully ask the police to review the Bell invoicing to me matter ehh?

In January 2008 an, undeniably too,   bad, dishonest Bell employee falsified my name, approval  to make false changes in my Bell Internet account, b1KBMW53, BELL REFERENCE (KMM16616921V25471L0KM) etc, so he personally now  could earn a commission , more money AS WELL , as the Billing department of Bell Sympatico had confirmed to me twice in the last week. The bad Bell employee{s} cancelled MY OLD SYMPATICO ACCOUNT AND ALSO CREATED A NEW ACCOUNT, AND TRANSFERRED MY FUNDS FROM MY OLD ACCOUNT TO THE NEW ACCOUNT WITHOUT any of  MY PRIOR OR SUBSEQUENT KNOWLEDGE, PERMISSION, AUTHORIZATION, in January 2008. This fraud and next theft of my monies is unacceptable,. BELL EMPLOYEES, EXECUTIVE HAD ALSO PARTICIPATED IN THIS IMMORAL ACT, COVERED IT UP, AND NEXT WITHHELD MY MONTHLY BILLING STATEMENTS FOR 4 MONTHS FROM ME  EVEN TO DATE.  I HAD TO PURSUE, INVESTIGATE  THE MATTER ON MY OWN WITH THEM.  I DO ASK YOU TO RIGHTFULLY DEAL WITH BELL ON THIS FOR THEIR FRAUD.   From Bell’s own internet forum site I also saw NEXT that other Bell customers have complained about the same thing now too, and for the record Bell  TODAY  has not denied any of it back to me too AS I HAVE DETAILED IT TO THEM IN WRITING MANY TIMES NOW TOO.///

Bell tried to screw me the same way.. As I detailed on my site.. That is cause Bell employees as confirmed by Bell Billing can get a commission if they take you of the original unlimited plan..
 
Bell’s undeniable false, misleading advertising, abuses of it’s customers is something the Quebec Minister of Consumer affairs needs to immediately look into and deal with.

 

I had a Bell manager who called me YESTERDAY  to say he was sorry about all the Bell problems I had, he understands my frustration with Bell, and he next asked me if now if everything was all right and I said no, I asked how come Bell has not replied to any of my letters to them in the last ten days, even though they are posted on the net too. I told him about the Bell accounting screw up 3 times this year.. and I asked him how come Bell Sympatico could not give me a copy of my monthly billing of the last 6 months.. he next abruptly hung up the phone.. he too was of no help in the matter.

Abused by Bell again..

Because even many managers in Canada, the government too  are not honest, do not tell the truth, they often also do lie as to the actual reasons their product prices are going up, and/or the quality of their services are going down, thus they are still helping to put themselves out of work, out of business eventually and to be rightfully dismissed too.

The Canadian Federal Conservative Party  are claiming now they have enemies everywhere too.

So in desperation, they the Conservatives need to do something, anything, the Conservatives are going to rely again on their own dirty tricks campaign, lawsuits or new dirty adds, blitz, and very costly ones, even financially. But in practice that is too too late for the Conservatives, money rather wasted too, for  blood has been spilt, the damage has been done and you cannot take it bad. Canadian sharks smell a loser’s blood  and thus they are  swimming in for the  kill again?

THE REALITY IS THAT NO PARTY, LEADER, OR HIS MINISTERS, MPS CAN WIN REELECTION WITH OUT THE SUPPORT OF THE MAJORITY OF THE NEWS EDITORS, REPORTERS, NEWS MEDIA IN CANADA STILL.. which they the Conservative losers clearly now do not have in Quebec or in Ontario
 
Does Bell Really Have a P2P Bandwidth Problem?

 

Bell has been fighting its public relations battle on the premise that P2P is a problem that necessitates throttling practices that inconvenience 100 percent of its users, yet its own data suggests that the problem may not be as severe as first thought.”
 
But firstly can we trust anything self serving Bell says, for Bell bas proven itself to be  an immoral firm, a big liar  too..
 
Secondly when the citizens, consumers pay for an internet services, they do not need the extra troublesome hassle, extra time and energy  of looking over the shoulder over Ma Bell’s operation, because Bell for sure cannot be trusted to keep their promised obligations.
 
Thirdly the Federal Conservatives now  crying out foul,  asking for public support in their election Canada fight too.. but this will fall on many deaf ears when the Conservatives have wrongfully been indifferent to the citizens rightful complaint about Bell’s immoral acts too.
 
The federal Conservative Minister of Consumer affairs Jim Prentice MP has made it clear today to the news media that  he does not care as to how now Bell abuses their customers, and many citizens are bothered by this on the internet as well.

Well Bell accounting screwed it up again too.. They did apply the credit, the 6 months credit in my high speed in my 6 megs unlimited internet download now, as confirmed in writing again to me last week by Executive Sasha Rollins and you got a copy of that letter now too, to my account but some fool at Bell Sympatico Billing took it upon his own to cancel THIS CREDIT, but this credit was reinstated in April 2008 anyway. Meanwhile the same Bell accounting fool tried to enter my preauthorized bank account to steal more money from me thus, and I of course made sure there was no funds in the account to do so, he tried 2 times in 2 days and cause an overdraft Problem .. and next I was billed twice for my subsequent related Bank’s NSF charges of $37.50 each too as Bell billing this afternoon had Bell’s useless Heidi xn157 had confirmed to me. She was useless cause while she about   30 minutes talked to me on the phone, and had me on hold, all while although Bell had asked me to contact her, as a Bell accounting employee  she says she has no authority to deal with any of this detailed facts of mine, and she was looking if she could find someone next to pas this on to, and I will get the ongoing Bell Billing too run around. This is unacceptable Bell rubbish service again too.

So you Bell undeniably now owe me 2 times 37.50 or 75 dollars on top of anything else you owe me. Send me a cheque for it immediately too. Bell is totally to blame cause Bell Accounting they could not adequately handle, resolve their account screw up as I have complained the last ten days in writing to Bell, all now too. Useless Bell.

PS The Bell accounting Supervisor next had refused to talk to me, he says that only the Bell executive department can deal with this screw up.. another buck passer. Heidi asked me if I want the telephone number of the Bell executive? Sasha Rollins? cause they cannot act upon any yet or read the email I had sent to them already still too?   Did you ever hear of any  accounting department in any major firm  unable to deal with the problems the customers were having with their Billings before? Only; the president can deal with the customers problems, complaints? Unbelievable!!!

Here is what really still surprises me Bell is the leader in telecommunications, we have the supper fast internet, emails today, and yet Bell cannot with it’s big organization deal, thousands of personnel now too, it cannot effectivley deal  with my simple questions, problems, and give an adequate replies, results and not hours later, or days later, not even weeks, not even months later.. That alone should tell you something about   bad big Bell firstly.

It does takes Bell Sympatico to really screw things up..

Also since this ISP industry in unregulated then next how can Bell threaten  to take me to court for my posts about how bad they are too? Bell wants it all, both ways, regulated and unregulated as long as Bell can have it all.. this too is absurd too.

Bell Canada’s newly introduced “traffic shaping” procedures are lengthening the time it takes to transfer music, videos, software and other large files via the Internet, says a Cobourg businessman and head of the Canadian Association of Internet Providers.

This is causing interference between small Internet providers businesses and their customers, Tom Copeland said. And it’s among the reasons the association has filed a complaint about Bell with the Canadian Radio-Television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC).

Bell has been given 15 days to reply in the expedited hearing process.

A telephone inquiry from the Evening Guide to Bell’s vice-president of carrier services, John Sweeney, was forwarded to spokesperson Jason Laszlo. He stressed Tuesday that the minority of Bell’s customers use peer-to-peer applications (P2P) for downloading music, video and some business data during peak hours, but the majority of its customers do not. The minority P2P users are using up the bandwidth and impacting Internet use by the majority, he explained. That’s why the traffic shaping has been put in place generally between the hours of 4 p.m. and 2 a.m.

“There is certainly a congestion issue . . . and it’s affecting carriers all across North America,” Mr. Laszlo said.

“We started getting complaints from customers mid-March,” Mr. Copeland said about a problem that has emerged over the past month. “It was a different kind of high-speed complaint,” he said, not the usual trouble with connection, etc.
So association members started to compare notes and question Bell whose representatives were very vague with answers, he said.

Complaints centered on an inordinate delay in downloading information after regular business hours. For example, a movie download that would normally take two hours was taking “up 12 hours to download” between 4 p.m. and 2 p.m. – the time Bell’s new “traffic shaping” practices were imposed on its customers, and more particularly, Internet service providers like Mr. Copeland. Internet traffic is being “choked” by Bell, from whom smaller Internet providers like Mr. Copeland’s Northumbria eagle.ca company, purchase wholesale ADSL high-speed Internet capacity to service their customers.

On March 28, Bell released a letter stating it had undertaken the practice to provide a better Internet experience for those using it between 4 p.m. and 2 a.m., Mr. Copeland said. And it stated Bell will no longer sell unlimited use plans but charge by bandwidth use. However, Bell hasn’t said it has a network problem, he said.
Bell and small Internet service providers like those with the Canadian Association of Internet Providers are in competition, selling internet connections to customers.
Bell had until the end of Tuesday to reply to the complaint and then the association has until next Monday, April 21, to respond, Mr. Copeland said. Because of the impact on customers, and the CRTC’s agreement to expedite the hearing, he is hoping for a decision within 30 days of their response. Normally it takes up to six months. “This is serious,” Mr. Copeland said.

“Bell’s approach to Internet congestion is like slowing down traffic in one lane of Highway 401 so that the others can speed up. That only works for a while. At some time you have to add more concrete.” Changing policies might work for Bell in the short term but continued growth in Internet use is a “natural progression,” Mr. Copeland said.

You have fallen for Bell’s misinformation campaign.
The issue wasn’t there until Bell decided to make it up. My internet isn’t running any faster and you don’t need 5 Mbps to read your email or chat on instant messaging protocols. Hell, even 56K will suffice for IM.
Bell is in fact claiming that they can wire-tap you at whim and cut off any ‘conversation’ they do not want to occur. This ‘debate’ MUST be “framed” correctly as one of CENSORSHIP and PRIVACY. to those who agree with bell that throttling is needed because we are all sharing the limited resource, let me ask u: how come some european and asian countries can have 10 to 20 times our bandwdith with no throttling at similar monthly fees? before u believe bell, look at what’s going on around world.
The real problem is that Bell has oversold “unlimited internet”, similar to overbooking at airlines. Only Bell has overbooked by 10000% and now they don’t want to build the infrastructure to fulfill their side of the contract. I pay for fixed 2 Gb up/download per month they have no business throttling anything I do when I’m within my limits. Throttling must be made illegal. “Unlimited internet” should no longer be sold. Fixed up/download limits must apply and Bell must build the infrastructure to ensure it has the capacity to fulfill its side of the contract.
Also reseller ISP’s cannot just “slap their own sticker” on Bell’s service. They must pay for connections to Bell’s ADSL equipment, setup their own authentication, and then pay for the outgoing bandwidth as well. Bell charges based on line capacity from the ISP to Bell so you better believe the ISPs pay for whatever their customers use.
 .
Bell is indeed throttling the last-mile and PVC (ATM) traffic. This is called the Gateway Access Service (GAS) and it bought by independent ISPs for approximately $21 per subscriber. These ISPs have their own Internet transit and do not rely on Bell’s IP network connection to the larger Internet.

We have existing regulation giving competitive access to these services, and this was working fairly well. Bell decided they were unwilling to live up to their end of the bargain and decided to throttle the regulated service and go to court to try to claim they shouldn’t be mandated to offer this service. I believe an appropriate response to Bell’s ongoing abuse is to relieve them of management of that service.
Any company that is given this privilege to provide this wonderful technology and betrays the trust of people (packet inspection, not upgrading to new technologies so they justify outrages prices for faster tier services, major conflict of interest with voip and content material with Rogers and bell) should have it taken away from them. Also I read an article that nortel had equipment so that isp providers could cheaply upgrade their services to 10x or faster, but that they are not up so far, why.
 .
I think it’s time to break up the telecom monopoly in Canada. the robber barrons cant be trusted with freedom on the internet. The real solution is to stop adding customers to a congested network, or add infrastructure.

 and anyone who still thinks that Bell can be trusted with any contracts is really still dumb!!
 Bad persons, and Politicians, bad corporations  tend to be the same world wide, and the solution the same, full Public exposure and full prosecution of the guilty serves every one’s best interest next too still. For if the evil bad person is not exposed, punished they still  have no reasons to stop doing bad things and doing good things instead. They by the public exposure of their own bad acts they next also do find out that a good name was worth more than all the silver and gold they had hoped to acquire. I am still have internet page site access problems .. I can reach 4/5, the last 5 won’t work at all generally.. page connectivity problems and trying to find out why is a real struggle. even the web searches next  slow down.. I have no viruses,  or spyware for sure too.

Honest,. good people think all others live by the golden rules, in reality that is not so.. 30 percent of all people are bad who should been jail in reality.

I have been in engineering, real estate, and computer business as well,, the biggest crooks  I had encountered the last 5 decades were related to computers and real estate, lawyers, and accountants, pastors -prestos, cops, politicians  next. I do not have to please anyone.. I am retired, I can’t be fired..

Look I too  am up all time of the night and day, sleeping it seems in various hourly  shifts, since computer problems,  watching my downloads cause they crash often on Torrent and I can  tell in reality the speed varies from 30 to 350  during the 24 hour period.. and that is only due to capping. my peak downloads are from 2 am to 7  am, at 350 kbps  after that they drop to 30 to 50 all day almost

when I get problems I next need to separate the meat from the bones, the good from the crappy advice I also do get from Bell etc.. reminds me I was to stay home this morning but no drive By bell tech showed up or called me  even.

I have talked to many many Bell tech and they almost all lied to me the last few years.. mangers and the president office.. misleading adds, deceptions, lying is a common Bell management proactive as I and others have detailed to Bell in writing, news media, and on the net often too for the last 2 years on my various related sites,

Bell a corporate who’re is already facing a consumer class action suit in Quebec, Ontario and one by Bell’s own distributors for false , misleading advertising, breach of contract… lies.. such is the reality these days too.

The 7 the Bell repairman finally showed up at my home on Tuesday April 15, 2008 at 4:30 pm replacing the 10th modem , and It just takes a few hours next, 7 hours,  and my Bell Internet services was even next down AGAIN, the red light on my 2 wire modem was indicating my  problem connecting to the internet. Much too many problems with my Browser connectivity, problems with my email, and problems with Bit torrent downloads, and the related simple question as to “Why Bell sympatico ,once and for all, cannot simple give me a decent, reliable, steady, adequate, continuous high speed internet service”  remains UNANSWERED. A simple question! The answers this question varies depending on who you talk to, and Bells promises to deal with it adequately are rarely next kept even.. so once again the THE  SUPERVISOR TODAY AT BELL SERVICE CENTER Tel: 310-7873 SAYS HE BASICALLY CANNOT HELP ME, BECAUSE THE BELL TEST CENTER IS CLOSED, BUT HE WILL CALL THE TEST CENTER TOMORROW AND HE WILL ASK THEM THE SAME QUESTION.
 
Why cannot Bell not fix my problem plagued Bell internet services once and for all? Most customers with my much too many past problems  by now would have left Bell’s DSL service  for elsewhere, especially a cable service, and many have.
 
Mere cheap words, promises  is what I  have heard 6 times before from other Bell supervisors, and MORE cheap promises  too, all mostly with the same bad results next too,  me having a lousy internet connection, to have a good connection from Bell for this real actions on Bell’s part is needed and it will will be louder than their cheap words, I am sorry about your problems, bad service, etc., but still positive real actions would mean Bell spending real money on upgrading Bell’s clearly inadequate DSL equipment, cables money and  Bell is clearly not spending it wrongfully too, it prefers to put their capital into their new wireless internet services instead, where they can next again screw many Bell customers with more false, unkept promises and charge them more money too..  and that is why hundreds? thousands of Bell customers make the same complaint too, Internet Connectivity problem, even on the Bell Sympatico site http://www.supportcommunity.sympatico.ca .
 
 So to get real actions, to show how serious I am to get real , adequate Bell results I am rightfully now asking Bell to be rightly penalized for not keeping their contract obligations, by again starting to  paying me   some serious money penalties rightfully too , and maybe they will wake up to my rightful complaints, the negative reality of their poor Internet services with me. Some how I doubt it.

Now please do tell us all the truth, that  there was a false reason why Bell Billing was unable, unwilling to give me as requested by me many times now too even in writing, or  to allow me access to my rightfully  requested  ACCOUNT STATEMENTS FOR JANUARY, FEBRUARY, MARCH, APRIL 2008, for my 6 meg unlimited download account, nor would they or you now   tell me the details of the credits, charges there this year, till today. So why was that now?
 
Like I had said to you before.. “As far as Bell’s subsequent false facing saving excuses, lies, distortions, to me and the news media too, with an inapplicable clause of Bell too,  you  falsely capping my bit torrent downloads ,in reality you should again note especially as I have pointed out to you before too, you had advertised unlimited downloads, and something that I had paid for and I agreed with Bell now, thus next I had also broken now no Bell contract or Canadian laws in the process. But Big Brother  you here lie, lied  and said I did. How can there be a cap on unlimited downloads internet services? That is clearly an unacceptable  oxymoron. You Bell thus are rather clearly unacceptably now guilty of bait and switch, false, misleading adverting to all of Bell’s customers and Bell now should be rightfully prosecuted, punished for it by all now too. Bell  now has acknowledged in writing to me On April 8, 2008  that a credit of  $307.32 was applied to my Sympatico account and your January 4 2008  invoice to me had reflected this, for my 6 months free internet services, but  why was it now that I have been unable to access this online Bell Sympatico Billing services of yours still to see it, as I  had complained in writing to you many times now too,  and why had Bell  accounting department refused to now even confirm this credit, and  Bell Billing  undeniably had refused also to mail  me a copy of these payments, billings, on all of the  related terms of agreements, and undeniably now as well. And into what account was this Bell credit next now put into? My supposedly old account 6 meg unlimited download  that I had in 2007 or into a new account of 2008 that some one in Bell  had falsify, had created without my knowledge, authorization, approval as well? Because Immoral Bell have been paying it’s employees a commission, as Bell Billing told me today , if they it seems can by any means get the Bell customer of the old existing unlimited plan of 2006, 2007 to the new plan that was actually more costly to the customers, but meanwhile after the large, severe customer backlash  in this regard now too, Bell next still says it has not formulated precisely what the costs of their new unlimited plan extra finally is for 2008, as I have seen  clearly on the net today at your Sympatico discussion forum.
 
So will you tell me the name of the unacceptable, dirty Bell employee who falsified my Bell internet account changes in January 2008 behind my back and without my approval, and will you also rightfully fire all the executives, employees related too who had now participated in this immoral scheme. acts too.  Or are you part of them now?
 
Are you going to next threaten to sue me, disconnect my phone an internet services  wrongfully, in writing too  for exposing these undeniable  truths to all now too?

Bell tried to screw me the same way.. As I detailed on my site.. That is cause Bell employees as confirmed by Bell Billing can get a commission if they take you of the original unlimited plan..

I told him how disgusted I was with their business tactics, going behind my back changing my plan with no notice and lying about it. I said I would be looking into other ISPs. I have had my Sympatico email for over 8 years, I really don’t want to change it now.
I asked on another online forum, and they said it was BS, that they have unlimited.
So, trying to get a straight answer here, hopefully from someone who speaks English. Is it or is it not possible to get unlimited bandwidth usage from Bell?

1. he had unlimited
2. Bell at their SOLE DISCRETION changed him from unlimited to a 60-gig cap.
3. He complained and the Bell-Trained-Rep told him he NEVER had unlimited. This is a common LIE the reps have told people over and over again. Its been documented in this forum before and other forums.
He had unlimited PLAIN & SIMPLE AND HE WANTS IT BACK! Bell took it away from him.
4. last month he went over his NEW 60-gig limit and Bell charged him the max 30$ ceiling for going over his NEW limit.
5. He called back, the Bell-Trained-Rep sold him the NEW 30-gig insurance package for 10$
(refer to http://www.supportcommunity.sympatico.ca/pe/action/forums/displaypost?postID=101= for the Bell discussion of the NEW 10$ insurnce plan)
So he is getting 90-gigs for 10$ more. Not 30$.
5. bodahinprescott is asking, IF he goes over 90-gigs will he still be charged 30$.
The answer is no. It can be MORE than 30$ now. As per this link (part 1 & 2) http://www.supportcommunity.sympatico.ca/pe/action/forums/displaypost?postID=101= there is NO MORE 30$ ceiling for going over the bandwidth limit. He will now be charge for EVERY SINGLE gig over his 90-gig limit.
So the answer is, FOR EVERY SINGLE GIG you go over the 90-gig, you will be charged. Before it was a maximum charge of 30$. They just removed this maximum charge this month and there is no longer a charge limit.
6. His buddies have unlimited and he wants to know why Bell singled him out. Even I know people who have unlimited. So his question still remains;
a) WHY did bell single HIM out and remove his unlimited?
b) Why did the Bell-trained-rep lie to him and tell him he never had unlimited.
c) Why did the Bell-trained-rep tell him to show proof that he had unlimited? THIS IS VERY RUDE.
7. bodahinprescott then asks if its still possible to get unlimited.
The answer is technically yes, depending on who you complain to, and you have valid complaints.

Bell’s undeniable false, misleading advertising, abuses of it’s customers is something the Fderal, and the provincial, Ontario, Quebec Minister of Consumer affairs needs to immediately look into and deal with.
 

The federal, provincial governments  and the CRTC unfairly maintaining  archaic, monopolistic telecommunication firms, that are often   bloated, cost ineffective, incompetent, over staffed, un-competitively managed as well is the main reasons consumer costs falsely keep on going up now.

‘Dealing with Bell is absurdity filled with problems. In spite of their adds, promises Bell Sympatico services are all mostly very poor, they also mostly break their promises to me too and they too. Cleary do not honor their contract obligations, their own 2 days respond promises now too. As I have detailed many times elsewhere they Bell have never given me my one year reliable, steady, continuous high speed internet services too, have never kept their contract obligations. I have been with Bell for many years. Note since Day one of even Jan 2007 I have hundreds of email that I had sent to Bell about their bad internet services too.. and I had sent copies the news media, to the Major MPs, for the last 15 months. I have a High speed unlimited Internet download contract with Bell since day one and they Bell next even had tried many times to have me up change from my 6 meg download account to their new Bell higher speed plans, and I had clearly refused saying back to them as to why should I go the higher speed plan when they could not even deliver me the promised 6 meg downloads, and also I had specially also said that if I had changed download plans I would lose my unlimited download plan, so I made no changes, authorized no changes to my contract with Bell the last 15 months. On top of all my many complaints about dealing with Bell on April 3 2007 by phone and in writing I specially also had asked Bell to give me simply a full detail listing of all my monthly payments, a full account statements specially for the last 15 months, and I told them I cannot seem to access my online Billing, something I have complained to them about before too, and they so far have refused this simple request too and the Bell have not done so to date. This is absurd, ridiculous and unacceptable in this computer age when they can spit out my legitimate request in a second. Bell Sympatico is quick to phone you and to harass you to demand their payments, but Bell Sympatico in return is very slow to deal with the customers, requests, problems in my 15 months experiences. To get proper services from Bell it is like mating elephants it has to be done at a very high level with plenty of thrashings and noise. Unacceptable. ‘

 

I find it rightfully ridiculous that Bell’s Sasha Rollins  would not reply to my many detailed emails of rightful complaints about Bell’s  violating my internet contract, Bell’s false denials of my internet services, clearly Bell  would not provide a real adequate internet services, and Bell  would not  return any of my phone calls, this year even, since January 2008, and now Bell next even wrongfully sends me their  inadequate  letter of reply to my home with  their  distorted, one sided version of your  Bell contract.  A Bell Sympatico contract and agreement that Bell have clearly and undeniably not even in the last 2 years lived up too, in the the last 28 months too. Bell  undeniably had  not held your promises, contract obligations clearly too as I had detailed, and even why even many times to Bell  in writing. And Bell’s  version of the terms of Bell’s contract agreements now even still undeniably contravenes the laws of Quebec now too, as I had detailed to Bell in writing  many times now too, for there is no legal contract permissible by law that says you will give me your best, or up to speed, rather to be a valid contract it has to be solely a fixed amount firstly.

On top of that Bell for many years was charging the customers of the city of LaSalle for a high speed Internet service, while in fact Bell was unable to deliver this service firstly. For Bell did not have the proper equipment,  installation to do so till July 2007 when they had connected me to a fiber optical cable for the first time.

As far as Bell’s subsequent false facing saving excuses, lies, distortions, to me and the news media too, with an inapplicable clause of Bell too,  Bellfalsely capping my bit torrent downloads ,in reality Bell  should again note especially as I have pointed out to you, aand Bell  before too, Bell had advertised unlimited downloads, and something that I had paid for and I agreed with Bell now, thus next I had also broken now no Bell contract or Canadian laws in the process. But Big Brother  you here lie, lied  and said I did. How can there be a cap on unlimited downloads internet services? That is clearly an unacceptable  oxymoron. You Bell thus are rather clearly unacceptably now guilty of bait and switch, false, misleading adverting to all of Bell’s customers and Bell now should be rightfully prosecuted, punished for it by all now too.
 
 
Bell clearly perversely had omitted now also to deal with all the points in my many letters even to Bell, you the last many months, and not just the last 2 weeks, and copies of which that all news editors, major MPS got now  too. Bell’s support services were, are still crappy, rather immoral, lying, no good. I  had also said in response to your Bell  last legal Court threat to go ahead, we all need the publicity, but Bell has more to loose than I have next too. Bell lied and had said to me they had  had met  our Internet service contractual obligations to me  when in fact only one of four weeks monthly that even  Bell’s internet had performed adequately in the last 9 months as I had witnessed and detailed to Bell often  in writing, as they admit even,  and I had rightfully complained, and so have many other persons now too. This Internet service contract of Bell’s  it has been an undeniably bad, a very poor service, undeniably the worse service contract of any that I have personally undertaken , experienced in Canada in the last 50 years now too. And many other Bell customers have said the same thing to news editors, on TV, and on the net , to you  Bell as well. Just do a Google search on the net to see more evidence of this too. Bell’s distorted reply saying that I have had adequate internet services from Bell on my  high speed Unlimited internet services was contradicted by Bell’s own past   admission in writing of of having given me to my account in January 2008 a credit for 6 months free internet services for Bell’s failure to keep your Internet contact obligations last year, never mind this year too. Bell  now has acknowledged in writing to me On April 8, 2008  that a credit of  $307.32 was applied to my Sympatico account and Bell’s January 4 2008 invoice to me had according to Bell reflected this, for my 6 months free internet services, but  why was it now that I have been unable to access this online Bell Sympatico Billing services of Bell’s still to see it, as I  had complained in writing to Bell  many times now too,  and why had Bell  accounting department refused to now even confirm this credit, and  Bell Billing  undeniably had refused also to mail  me a copy of these payments, billings, on all of the  related terms of agreements, and undeniably now as well. And into what account was this Bell credit next now put into? My supposedly old account 6 meg unlimited download  that I had in 2007 or into a new account of 2008 that some one in Bell  had falsify, had created without my knowledge, authorization, approval as well? Why had Bell, Billing  wrongfully failed to deal with this related complaint of mine now  too? How Bell stole my money!!! and Bell had promised me shortly, the last ten days an adequate reply on all of this and I have not gotten it to date.I have also said what one hand from Bell promises to gives to you, the other hand from Bell  next steals that too from you.. and fails to meet their promised contract obligations. You say to me in writing you gave a credit to my account but Bell Billing had removed that credit in March 2008, and initiated a ticket, an investigation into the mater.

Bell also do  show to all how seriously you do not take customers complaints now too. I would not have to send Bell Sympatico any emails, or the supposedly excessive emails if Bell had firstly had met your past contract obligations to me and provided me with a decent internet services, which Bell  clearly had not as shown by my many letters.  Using my freedom of speech I can write as many  emails to you, to all, till Bell  adequately addresses all of my complaints, and so far Bell have not even addressed the basic  complaints of mine adequately still too.

It should be also now  very ironic that your letter arrives to me today when your own Bell  internet services  still does not only not work at all  today, but as you had threatened me in writing previously if I continue to write letters of complaints to others you would  cut it off totally, I have no internet services the last few days, and you falsely want to get paid for all if it still too. A promised by the Sympatico test center serviceman who was to show up at my home today, Monday April 14, 2005  at 1 pm next did not show up, and I still do have problems with sending emails, even even the last 3 days still too. I stayed home just to wait for them too. Hopefully he now may show up tomorrow as promised.  This is the second no show repairman I have had now in the last year as well. You  thus yet have to give me even my proper working internet service. I have spend many past weeks writing legitimate letters of complaints to you, dealing with your bad services, bad and inadequate responses, rightfully complaining  about it , and I now fully now asked for compensation payments for me having done so too but you now had failed to to deal with this  too. My much wasted time because of your poor services is valuable as well.
 
So you even  lied in writing back to me now  and said to me that  you had given me  me the promised mail service in You had even lied to me in reply, in spite of the evidence contrary too, and not unexpectedly to me too, and you had said that my past complaints had been taken seriously and my email had been increased to 5000 per day when in reality I still could not send more than 250 per day the whole last month. As I have said my email and my internet services now even are no longer working   period , so I will take your reply   rightfully now  as further false harassment of me for Bell’s  false past, present failure to meet my contract  obligations, and a valid basis for my my own rightful subsequent payment demands. As per many many weekly, almost daily letters on the subject to  you, Bell, Bell Sympatico has undeniably, clearly falsely, unacceptably had broken it’s High speed unlimited internet contract contractual obligations to me the last 16 months. Since Bell itself has also renegaded on the last 2 make up agreements with me now as well, specifically those made in in July 2007 and in December 2007 with Bell executive personnel too and because I am peaceful loving person I next now do demand now  these terms of of the settlement to Bell Sympatico in relations to their past high speed internet contractual obligations with me -
a: Bell will pay me fully firstly for 1 year of past internet services, tax included for the much too many years it Bell did not provide me my high speed internet services, specially all of the year 2007.
b: In addition because Bell wants, wanted  to renegade my unlimited contract Bell will next solely charge me for the next 5 months of internet services as being fully unlimited and at the same monthly rather as in 2007 for December 2007, January 2008, February 2008, March 2008, April 2008.
c: Additionally Because Bell has a 100 dollars cancellation contract appropriately Bell will now instead pay me also 100 dollars now for me having to cancel their contract, services rightly too and Bell will pay for all associated costs rather too.
d: And Because Bell has cost me all this needles senseless aggravation, many hours loss of my time Bell will pay me 500 dollars for all the time I wasted dealing now with their poor services now as well.
e: Bell will also immediately give me a full detail printout by mail or email to of all my past, present monthly payments, even for the last 16 months April 2008 included and our internet relationship will terminate as of May 1, 2008 if this is all dully carried out next. By any Bell Violation of the intent of this agreement next they will pay me rightfully double of all I had now requested here.
3. I  had also said in response to your last legal Court threat to go ahead, we all need the publicity, but you have more to loose than I have next too. Your distorted reply saying that I have had adequate internet services from you on my  high speed Unlimited internet services was contradicted by your own past   admission of having given me to my account in January 2008 a credit for 6 months free internet services for Bell’s failure to keep your Internet contact obligations last year, never mind this year too.
 
4. Do you also abuse all of Bell’s customers who rightfully now claimed as personally evidenced too that you lie, do not return their phone calls, or adequately reply to my letters of complaints? clearly as you have wrongfully abused me!! You even once again in your letter today had threatened me next with possible legal actions if I do not comply with your version of the law, your perverted terms, distortions  and this clearly is also more unacceptable harassment of me, when I had specially said many times to you, Bell, that if you want any further payments from me for your poor services then go ahead and take me to court and I can gladly enter all my letters of complaints into the court record. I posted that on the net for all to read too along with most of my other complaints too as you already do know.
  
5. You lied and had said you had met your Internet service contractual obligations to me  when in fact only one of four weeks monthly that even  your internet had performed adequately in the last 9 months as I had witnessed and detailed to you in writing, and I had rightfully complained, and so have many other persons now too. This Internet service contract of yours it has been an undeniably bad, a very poor service, undeniably the worse service contract of any that I have personally undertaken , experienced in Canada in the last 50 years now too. And many other Bell customers have said the same thing to news editors, on TV, and on the net , to you  Bell as well. Just do a Google search on the net to see more evidence of this too.
 
6. Bell  now has acknowledged in writing to me On April 8, 2008  that a credit of  $307.32 was applied to my Sympatico account and your January 4 2008  invoice to me had reflected this, for my 6 months free internet services, but  why was it now that I have been unable to access this online Bell Sympatico Billing services of yours still to see it, as I  had complained in writing to you many times now too,  and why had Bell  accounting department refused to now even confirm this credit, and  Bell Billing  undeniably had refused also to mail  me a copy of these payments, billings, on all of the  related terms of agreements, and undeniably now as well. And into what account was this Bell credit next now put into? My supposedly old account 6 meg unlimited download  that I had in 2007 or into a new account of 2008 that some one in Bell  had falsify, had created without my knowledge, authorization, approval as well? Why had Bell, Billing  wrongfully failed to deal with this related complaint of mine now  too? How Bell stole my money!!! and Bell had promised me shortly, the last ten days an adequate reply on all of this and I have not gotten it to date.
 
7. As far as Bell’s subsequent false facing saving excuses, lies, distortions, to me and the news media too, with an inapplicable clause of Bell too,  you  falsely capping my bit torrent downloads ,in reality you should again note especially as I have pointed out to you before too, you had advertised unlimited downloads, and something that I had paid for and I agreed with Bell now, thus next I had also broken now no Bell contract or Canadian laws in the process. But Big Brother  you here lie, lied  and said I did. How can there be a cap on unlimited downloads internet services? That is clearly an unacceptable  oxymoron. You Bell thus are rather clearly unacceptably now guilty of bait and switch, false, misleading adverting to all of Bell’s customers and Bell now should be rightfully prosecuted, punished for it by all now too.
 
8: You even tried to insult me and mock me  in your reply, and you think that will soften me to deal kindly with you, do not be absurd. I posted and wrote many letters to you weekly and you now have replied with this very  poor one.. further showing the reality to all what you are like now. You also do  show to all how seriously you do not take customers complaints now too. I would not have to send you any emails, or the supposedly excessive emails if you had firstly had met your past contract obligations to me and provided me with a decent internet services, which you clearly had not as shown by my many letters.  Using my freedom of speech I can write as many  emails to you, to all, till you adequately address all of my complaints, and so far you have not even addressed the basic ones complaints of mine adequately still too.
 
9.  Read how I had already replied to you your false request of my understanding to comply with your request too.    Now as I have sent this to you as well..  “Bell… Adding Insult to Injury Submitted by Devils Advocate on Sat, 2008-03-29 18:30. For years, Bell has been rubbing its impunity our faces…
1) Virtually removing itself from public exposure.
No more administration offices to walk into. Front line employees are expected to take all complaints and keep them from escalating to anyone higher up.
2) Degrading and INSULTING Customer Service Practices.
Automated, central call handling systems that give the customer very few options to contact someone qualified. Customers spend inordinate, ridiculous amounts of time on the phone getting nowhere – ending up insulted and frustrated. Complete denial of any responsibility for problems at the Bell end, and complete disregard for any responsibility to the customer.
3) Turning complaints back on the customer.
Don’t ask Bell to investigate phone/network abuse from another provider (as required by CRTC/CCTS and the law). Don’t ask Bell not to spam you. Don’t ask Bell to give you a straight answer. Don’t ask Bell for the usual estimates, timelines, or anything else that goes along with contracting requests. Bell will tell you, flat-out, that what you’re asking is either your fault, not their responsibility, not an option, or (and this one’s the winner) cause to simply end the conversation!
4) Vague, ambiguous, illegal, strange contracts.
Poorly-worded contracts that say NOTHING, and are only constructed for Bell to “interpret” as needed by a situation. Bell constantly edits these contracts, without customer involvement or renegotiation, and never holds up their own part of the agreement anyway. (Example: “Unlimited” Account)
5) Now using 3rd parties outside of Canada.
It’s bad enough you can’t get satisfactory service from Bell within Canada, but now we’re getting virtually no English-speaking assistance, with no authority or understanding to take care of the damnedest issues.”

I rightfully firstly expect your full cooperation firstly in all these matters, complaints of mine. Firstly now Bell Sympatico you  neglect to  point out that in July 2007 and in December 2007  Bell has promised me and given me freely a 6 GB bandwidth per month and also 6 months free internet at unlimited download at the same 6 GB speed as per the December 13  2007 agreement with Bell. You wrongfully had neglected to state the unacceptable obvious as to how many times you Bell also had failed to live up to all of your contractual obligations to me .. and you did not even meet the 2 gb promised contract obligations as I have often detailed the last many months too. On top  of that as I have also posted all of this on the net for the whole world to read, so they rightfully will not use your services now too….. 

‘Dealing with Bell is absurdity filled with problems. In spite of their adds, promises Bell Sympatico services are all mostly very poor, they also mostly break their promises to me too and they too Cleary do not honor their contract obligations, their own 2 days respond promises now too. As I have detailed many times elsewhere they Bell have never given me my one year reliable, steady, continuous high speed internet services too, have never kept their contract obligations I have been with Bell for many years. Note since Day one of even Jan 2007 I have hundreds of email that I had sent to Bell about their bad internet services too.. and I had sent copies the news media , to the Major MPs, for the last 15 months. I have a High speed unlimited Internet download contract with Bell since day one and they Bell next even had tried many times to have me up change from my 6 meg download account to their new Bell higher speed plans, and I had clearly refused saying back to them as to why should I go the higher speed plan when they could not even deliver me the promised 6 meg downloads, and also I had specially also said that if I had changed download plans I would lose my unlimited download plan, so I made no changes, authorized no changes to my contract with Bell the last 15 months. On top of all my many complaints about dealing with Bell on April 3 2007 by phone and in writing I specially also had asked Bell to give me simply a full detail listing of all my monthly payments, a full account statements specially for the last 15 months, and I told them I cannot seem to access my online Billing, something I have complained to them about before too, and they so far have refused this simple request too and the Bell have not done so to date. This is absurd, ridiculous and unacceptable in this computer age when they can spit out my legitimate request in a second. Bell Sympatico is quick to phone you and to harass you to demand their payments, but Bell Sympatico in return is very slow to deal with the customers, requests, problems in my 15 months experiences. To get proper services from Bell it is like mating elephants it has to be done at a very high level with plenty of thrashings and noise. Unacceptable. ‘

10. I have also said what one hand from Bell promises to gives to you, the other hand from Bell  next steals that too from you.. and fails to meet their promised contract obligations. You say to me in wrting you gave a credit to my account but Bell Billing had removed that credit in March 2008, and initiated a ticket, an investigation into the matter.
 
11. Note my many past specific objections, questions in writing they were still here not answered even, they were evaded, like who made the new Internet Contract changes? How much do these changes falsely cost me now too? Like I said rightfully Bell before to you too that you did not want to poorly respond to all my rightfully email letters of complaints to Bell the last 16 months now too, and you did not deal with all the issues now I had rightfully raised in the letters you had referred too.  I will gladly go to Queen’s court, and you can ask for your payment demands now there from me, and I gladly can enter all of my letters of complaints to the Queen’s courts too, the same ones that all of the news media does have now, and all of the major MPs too. Don’t bother to send me such useless crappy replies anymore for  it only rightfully upsets me more.. and it will cause you to lose a lot more business, support from others too. I want a decent, proper response from you and not this crap of yours. Now deal adequately with all of my complaints, rightful demands  immediately too.

They too now have been wrongfully over subsidized by the CRTC, the Canadian  federal governments now too… now it is rather time the citizens got the break, protection.

First you merely ask the guilty, bad persons personally to repent twice, the first time without a witness, the second time with witnesses THAT you have asked them to repent.. and  detail  proof, substantiation is NOT required.. after you have done that you can next post it openly on the net, tell all the others.
 
Next God also is now fully free to deal with the unrepentant guilty offenders and believe me he will.. I have now been doing for decades too..

Bad Bell Sympatico

Ironicaly while  at the sole time he had written back to me in 2008 the bad Bell Sympatico executive care expert  Sasha Rollins was unacceptably clearly lying to me in writing in his letter as to  how good his past, present  Bell service was to me  in reality at the same time I was without an internet for 3 days even  that next weekend.. and I had to next stay at home for 2 days too before a Bell  repairman finally came to my home at the last minute too. Bad Bell services , more lies, Bell cover-ups, Bell distortions is what I normally got from Bell the last 16 months still too.

I am often told when I phone  the Bell help line, rather lied by Bell employees that someone had already called me from Bell and they had talked to me and that my problems were all resolved. (Sasha Rollins of Bell executive care  had last talked to me December 13, 15 2007, but many more unexpected problems with Bell came up in 2008 and  he did not ever next  return even one of my many  phone calls to him next. Not even  one. It has been my experiences that I get mostly liars talking, dealing with me from Bell  the last 9 months,16 months now too. That is what I detailed all of my complaints, replies , my confirmation in writing and posted it on the net so we can all know the real truth.

The last 9 months my Bell internet would work one week, and poorly the next three..I was a professional engineer, a University graduate, a past contract manager too with an engineering construction firm, I am now retired, next I investigated and detailed my finding in regard to my continual Bell Sympatico problems the last 9 months, monthly and posted my findings to Bell, to all in writing in writing too. In my case the 7 repairmen did not find any problem with my line.. Firstly Bell did not have any high speed connections in my city, as IBM engineers confirmed it to me, it was technically impossible for them to give me and many others a truly high speed system, never the less Bell robbed us by charging us all for it.          

 

 I found out also that often that Bell made changes on it’s own on my exterior connections, internet profiles under the guise of Bell improvements, or rather Bell screw ups.. when these incompetent at Bell can’t even get my Billing right.. and they make promises to me and break them shortly after that.. now many times.

Hey I was promised here the whole bad Bell matter is being expedited to the highest level.. that was many days ago too.. I am still waiting

They Bell also had made specific promises to me last July, last December, plus I have had 2 Repairmen promise they will come next day and never show up, and 6 managers who said they will call me back the next day and never did too, and Bell next broke all of them too.. all of their promises of providing me now unlisted, unlimited downloads, or a great internet service too.

I had a Bell manager who called me just now to say he was sorry about all the Bell problems I had, he understands my frustration with Bell, and he next asked me if now if everything was all right and I said no, I asked how come Bell has not replied to any of my letters to them in the last ten days, even though they are posted on the net too. I told him about the Bell accounting screw up 3 times this year.. and I asked him how come Bell Sympatico could not give me a copy of my monthly billing of the last 6 months.. he next abruptly hung up the phone.. he too was of no help in the matter. No one had even adequately talked to me about this all from Bell to date as well. Not even this week.
